The taxi I had booked was easy to order, quick to set up, and professional service
The taxi I had booked (different company) ended up not sending a car to pick me up. This was 1am at Gatwick Airport when I was extremely tired after flight delays.
When this happened, I went to your desk and found the process of ordering the ride to be fast, efficient, and very simple.
After ordering, the ride was ready within a few minuets and the driver was professional, kind, and got me home quickly and safely.
At 1am after being stranded by the company I had booked, your service was exactly what I needed of being fast and reliable to get me home, and I am very grateful

Professional Friendly Service
The driver was very courteous, professional and friendly. He drove us back home safely and helped with all of our luggage.
I will now choose Airport Cars over other driver services, such as Bolt and Uber, due to the fact, Airport Cars prices, remain the same, (Uber was charging £107 to get home from Gatwick Airport at 11.30pm, when on a different time of the day the price was showing £50.84.
I would rather pay the Airport Cars price of £103, regardless of what Uber and Bolt are charging, as I believe Uber and Bolt, higher prices on at certain times, when people have no choice but to pay it.

These guys saved my holiday! After forgetting my passport, I ran up to them asking for a lift home and back to the airport in time to make my flight. The desk quickly sorted me and put me in a car. Ashley was my driver and he quickly got me back home. He acknowledged I was stressed and got me talking and we had interesting conversations to take my mind off it, all while being very professional and friendly. He gave me consistent updates as to when we’d arrive and reassured me I’d easily make my plane. They gave a brilliant service and saved the day. If you’re ever in a bind at Gatwick, or need a lift, look no further!

Easy straightforward journey. We live close to the airport and though I do think it’s expensive for the distance we go and the cost has massively increased in recent years was actually cheaper and more convenient than an uber was quoting.
