Excellent customer service

My experience with airshells was brilliant! I forgot to return my airshells when I was supposed to and I contacted airshells as soon as I'd noticed my mistake. They answered asap and service was excellent. Will definitely be using them again!

Terrible Service

Ordered two bike bags from SFX to Oslo. On the outbound flight only one bag was available without excuse. No phone number, mails were not answered. On flight back I asked the representative of airshells if the bags will be available next morning. He promised they will. No bike bag at all next day.
Did not get any refund. But you do not get a lawer for 150€, I think this is the business model of airshells.

Booked bag not available and still no refund

I booked a buggy bag from Hamburg in July but when I arrived at the airport, it was not available. I informed Airshells about the missing bag and though I was a bit annoyed having to travel without protection, I kindly asked for a refund of the fee paid. I only got one repsonse to please forward my request in English but since then nobody answered and no refund was made yet!

we have used airshell before with good …

we have used airshell before with good result but that wasnt the case this time. Our flight the 2/9 2017 from hamburg to Alicante. We had an early flight so we were there at opening time 4 Am, but our airshell wasnt there. Big problem big baby stroller and 2 baby seats and no airshell. Fortunately the service af Easyjet was way better then airshell and they checked in all our ekstra pieces of luggaged no cost.
And then i spend the next 10 days trying to get help from airshell "customer Service" with zero result. they did not manage to give us an airshell to the return flight last night. Up to 24 hours for a email reply.
That is relly bad service.
We found another way to transport our stroller and seats home.

At Nice airport Airshells where handled by another company which didn't have any open counters for that hour we spend in terminal 1.
The description given in our confirmation mail mentioned pick up at "lost and found" in terminal 1, but there is no "lost and found" in terminal 1 which the information stand confirmed. Its situated in terminal 2.
Only after I got in the red field and demanded Norwegian, whom I booked airshells through, to take action. Only then I got a hold on the handler of airshells, who could advise that pickup was situated in the arrival hall which is a restricted area for non-personal.
A truly awful experience and therefore my deeply feld 1 star review 😭

They open too late for the flights.

Airshell sold me 2 bikebags for a flight at 10:30 that they at best will give me at their opening time at 0930. it took airshell 12 hours from the morning until late evening to answer my question about the time problem. The answer was that they can't give me the bags earlier.

Good product, very poor customer service

I have ordered two shells. One of them was wrong (too big) and i couldn´t use it. They don´t have a phone number for a direct contact so i had to write several mails but they don´t answer or their answer is that they don´t understand.

Stroller was destroyed, Airshells wants me to pay THEM

The Airshells-bag did not protect our stroller. It was destroyed on the return flight to Stockholm from Barcelona. When I contacted the Airshells customer service to get a refund for a service they did not provide (keeping our stroller safe) they let me know that they will send me an invoice for the possible damage to the Airshells bag. Avoid this company at all cost!!!

No Fuss & Great service!

We have rented air-shells thrice for our journeys to Rome-Italy, Nice-France & San Francisco-US. We've two kids thus we travel with our double-jogging stroller. Having rented an Airshell while traveling, takes the stress & worry away of getting our expensive stroller damaged. Simple and perfect pick-up & return procedure. We have had perfect experience so far and would definitely rent/use an Airshell again for our next journey.

What a great idea Airshells bags are!!!

In Spain we do not know much about these bags but a Swedish friend of ours told us how great they are so we rented one for our journey from Barcelona to Arlanda.Not only did our pram have a comfortable flight but when we watched from the airbridge our pram bag being handled seperately on to the aircraft and not thrown in as we have seen done on earlier journeys we were very pleased.My husband and I are in the advertising business and we will certainly make sure the Airshells products start to get known more in our country. Well done Airshells!!

Not worth the trouble

I hired an airshell for my car seat from Copenhagen airport to London Heathrow. Picking up in Copenhagen was no problem, but arriving at Heathrow, there was no-one to collect it and no-one answering the phone number for airshells. I was travelling alone with my (tired)baby, unable to catch the coach I needed to get, just hanging around the airport drop off location. Finally I found a mobile number on the website and a man answered who had no clue he was supposed to collect anything, as he had not been informed. We waited a further 20 minutes, to total an hour, for him to show up and take the airshell back from us.
Massive waste of time, never again.
