Good services and product selection, but some of the items opened during shipping and were freely moving when the box was opened.

Oh love the product just wish it would specify it did not came with a speed loader as most gas blow back guns come with one

Run for the hills. This company is a scam. They do not answer any emails, calls or DMs. They send faulty guns and don’t answer calls for refunds or exchanges. We had the gun 15 minutes and it started smoking and ate the battery. The negative reviews are correct! What a joke

Everything went just fine, but the items were not packed well. The fuel cans were rolling around loose in the box.

The order came in a timely fashion and the good were quality made. It seems like the team responsible for these products took the time to get them right, and it is worth it.

I ordered a battery on 9/6/2023 with 3 day shipping but ended up having to cancel same day due to the event being cancelled. Ordered it before they even opened and called 8 times after the opened before anyone answered the phone. I got a verbal confirmation that the order was cancelled but they still took the money out of my account. I asked for a refund to which they told me it would be a few days for it to be returned. On 9/15/2023 I emailed for an update to which they send an email saying the order was just now changed to cancelled status and to wait an additional 7-10 days. It is now 10/02/2023 with no refund to show for. Already called my bank and started a case through them. Stay away from this company. I should of read the reviews and gone with my gut. I will never do business with this company ever again.

WARNING! Airsoft GI are scammers!

Recently noticed that in their base version of the Push Unite mask, they purposely have items listed in the description that actually doesn't come with the mask, they put it there hoping others wouldn't notice. I have sent them countless emails regarding the matter and they will not fix, they are purposely baiting people so they can clear their shelves from it.

I don't know what happened to this company. They used to be great.

Now, they are horrible. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. I ordered an airsoft gun, decided to cancel it before it was shipped, then they still shipped the gun. Had all the documentation. Didn't matter.

No one replies to emails or answers the phone. It is beyond frustrating. Order from Evike or Taiwan Gun.

0/10 will be filling a claim with my bank if I do not hear anything soon or get my money back, which reading from the other comments I might have to do that.

I normally don't write reviews, but after seeing so many negative ones I decided I should. I ordered a part to replace on my lancer tactical gen 2 m4, it was a charging handle specifically. Came in about a week later with standard shipping and was the correct part. Give them a try, they worked for me!

Horrible all around I will never do Business with these people. I lost over 350, I called to open an investigation and they were very rude, And still haven't heard back from them.

I was worried when I got a box with no name on it. A little upset when I found out it was a mp5 (awc specter). I shot it and it actually surprised me. It’s a decent gun. For a $175 mystery box…not bad.

Damnit. I really didn't want to have to write this review. I've ordered from them twice at this point. The first time I ordered an airsoft gun ($230.00) which was about 2 weeks late causing me to miss the event I originally ordered it for in the first place. The second time which I literally just sent the email to them for; I purchased a "swag" pack ($10.99 with shipping) and they sent me an empty white usps bag.... Quality control at Airsoft GI is incredibly bad right now and I just cannot recommend anybody use it till this is rectified. If they ever fix their issues I'd give them a 3rd chance but for now I'm going to stick with Evike.
