Excellent produit, facile à installer. Beau, fonctionne silencieusement - on verra l'efficacité avec le temps.

The delivery of the product was prompt but the transporter was reluctant to come down the lane understandable.
It was not clear we needed to order the pipes separately so I phone the company their telephone support was really good. The 4m pipes were quite expensive compared to the air-conditioner.

My mono system arrived at the end of September. After just over two weeks an unbearable noise occurred. I think it was due to a faulty connection. However, I contacted Airton. I sent a video of the noise. Just like your other reviewer they came back to me to say the complete system must be returned to Nice. Thus is totally unacceptable. I have tried to get a local engineer to have a look at it. They have all refused because it is Airton. Despite the newness of this product, I am forced to consider scrapping it and buying another make. Poor service.

Very good airco, functions very well and relatively easy to install. Takes you 1,5 days to do it all very properly.
You need to dril a hole of 65 mm in the wall. That takes you most of the time.
I did not use the 3 suggestions for the routing of the connection lines. I suggest an extra option 4. Take the lines to the left side of the indoor unit, front view. Then bend theme backwards through your wall.

I posted this review about our experience with Airton and they responded and I carried out their instructions and it was removed by Trustpilot for breaking its rules.

Airton Bi Split Never worked- No customer care
Currently have an Brand NEW Airton Bi Split Air conditioning unit which was purchased and installed in France. It worked for 30 minutes and then failed. over a month ago I contacted their Customer care team. They asked for the installation to be checked that it had been fitted correctly, ie 30ma RCD, 20A circuit breaker, pipework fitted correctly all this was correct.

Contacted Airton again who gave the details of two local engineers. I contacted the first who said he had not worked for them in over two years and the other had no engineers available. Went back again and was given another number of an engineer, I rang and all there is an answer phone.

It transpired that Airton do not have any engineers they have subcontracted out everything, with no customer support.

I contacted them again this time and complained that this was unacceptable the items has not worked since new. The agent was helpful and stated the unit was faulty raised a dossier number and asked me to email the dossier number and original invoice which I have done.

I received an email today stating the complete unit which is main external unit and both wall units and all the pipework was to be removed and packaged at our expense. They will then arrange transportation to their workshop in Nice to ascertain the fault. They also state they take no responsibility for the items if they are damaged.

This is totally unacceptable. They have not even seen the defective item and expect the customer to return their faulty item without a service engineer even coming out to diagnose the problem.

If it was a small item such as a smart phone no problem, but a complete Air conditioning unit including pipework which is installed into the fabric of the building, removing it will cause damage to the structure and at our expense and risk is unacceptable.

We will now consider legal action, unless Airton make amends.

I will post an update as this continues.

The ordering, delivery of the portable air conditioner was very easy. Customer service is reachable, and the agents are very helpful. I will definitely choose AIRTON for future purchases. Very satisfied

Great to find an air con unit that we could install ourselves. Website easy and clear to use .
On ordering we were notified on the site that delivery would be between 5 to 7 working days, but after 4 days recieved an email informing us that due to high demand delivery would be delayed. As it happened it was only a few days later , not a problem, but the email did not give us that information , so we did not know how long the delay would be, days/weeks/months !
