I have just booked flights to Bali with ATE and have received my booking confirmation within less than 24 hours.

I was horrified to read the reviews once I'd booked through momondo, as they made me very nervous, however, I feel some of the comments have maybe been embellished as I spoke to the same agent on multiple occasions and found Nick and Neeta extremely helpful. So far so good...

WARNING:
Looked up on Skyscanner and booked tickets for long haul flight in August with Air Travel Experts (ATE).

E-tickets didn't arrive 2 weeks before flight as promised.

I spoke to airline (as couldn't get through to ATE) and was told tickets were cancelled by ATE on 25th August (the date I booked them). Eventually spoke to ATE and was reassured that e-tickets would be emailed that day, as they "could see them on their system". No email. Called again next day and was told tickets were cancelled on 25th August. Interestingly they had my money for my tickets for a month. Said I had to email to get my money back. I have asked the bank to retrieve the money. I declined the offer of alternative flights, they weren't suitable and I had no confidence there would actually be any tickets at all.

I booked direct with KLM and it cost me an extra £500 for the tickets I wanted as a month had passed by.

Make your own mind up if you want to book with the 'Experts'.

I have booked a flight with this travel agency and then came to know about the reviews of this company. I was little bit afraid but when I called them I got my ticket confirmed and the agent was so friendly and he provided all the correct information and I must say this company is very. I am not sure about others experience but I am happy with it. Thanks Guys.

UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW,
FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK AFTER 3 WEEKS OF HASSLES, EMAILS AND THREATS. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, I LOST OTHER CHEAP FLIGHT DEALS WHILE WAITING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! LESS THAN ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE.

ONLY POSITIVE IS I FINALLY GOT A NICE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHO AFTER ADMITTING THE DEAL WAS NOT AVAILABLE OFFERED ME A REFUND. ( Not before trying to sell me a £200 more expensive flight however)

Booked a ticket to Brazil 3 weeks ago. It was a Sunday night. Come Tuesday had still not heard anything from them so I called, I was told the booking was being processed etc and to wait. It's now 3 weeks and still nothing. They emailed saying the payment needed further authorisation 2 weeks ago which I never got. However the money left my account the same day. Now there trying to upgrade my flight and want to charge more. So I now have requested a refund as they say they can't book my ticket. Yet I'm Still waiting. Called them today and there so rude saying they have never received any emails.
Long story short, I've still got no refund and they are just trying to give me the run around.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!

I was directed to this website via google search engine. I booked my flight but didn't get a confirmation. This concerned me as normally it is instant. I then read the reviews and now I was really worried! Had to wait until the following day as it was out of hours. After a sleepless night, it took several attempts to get through but I persisted. I was told my e-ticket would be issued 2 weeks before departure. As I wasn't travelling for 6 months, this wasn't acceptable to me. I rang Virgin who confirmed a reservation had been made but it was not secure until an e- ticket is issued. Virgin gave me details so I could access my reservation online myself. I rang the agent back. I remained polite and asked them to issue the ticket to secure my flight. He promised it would be done by the end of the week and true to his word I received a confirmation showing the e-ticket number. I accessed my reservation online with Virgin and the flight was now secured with the e-ticket number as I had asked.
My flight isn't until February 2018, but so far so good. Fingers crossed.

I booked my long haul ticket with this company as it was showing the cheapest price on skyscanner . After i booked i started reading all the bad reviews and sort of panicked a bit . As soon as i made payment i recieved a confirmation email and receipt along with the ATOL certificate . The next day they emailed my E Ticket. So no problems at all . Everything went smoothly ...
