Both items turn up very quickly.
I plumped for the New Car sent as I have used it from other brands and really like it but unfortunately do not like this one at all, it is a very different smell to anything I've used before ... maybe it should be rebadge Marmite ;)

Excellent product does what it says it does- bought my car and it smelt of stale smoke - after cleaning the seats etc as recommended this product has removed the smell and the sprays are beautiful. Good communication from the company and a very quick delivery. I'm very impressed with this product and would highly recommend to remove unwanted smells.

Bought a 2nd hand car had been heavily smoked in, nothing to shift the nicotine smell. This worked wonders, nicotine smell is gone replaced by a slight whiff of swimming pool but that is also quickly fading (after 2 days)

Excellent product, don’t waste your money buying cheaper odour eliminators, this stuff really works well.

Made a positive difference to the interior cigarette/tobacco smell in my car. Would definitely recommend.

A recently purchased car had a strange smell inside from the valet it had before collection, came across airvidox online and gave it a go, got rid of the smell completely, very happy!

A word of warning, the fumes are nasty (chlorine dioxide) if you breathe them in or go anywhere near your eyes you will know about it, use a respirator to prevent breathing them in and don’t hang about once you’ve popped it in the car!

Following using main product to get rid of foul tobacco smell (see earlier review) I ordered a ceramic stone & sprays (crisp linen & leather) to use in the car. Products arrived on time & seem to work well in keeping my car smelling fresh - would recommend these products & the company without hesitation.

This is the second car bomb I've bought, the first was great but this one for some reason the lid wouldn't seal properly, so when I shook it up it came out all over me and my kitchen, other than that it did the job, my car smells much better now.

These are seriously good at eliminating any smell from a vehicle interior be it smoke, dog or any other unpleasant odour. Nothing else works like these do - no other product even comes close.

I am a car dealer and we’ve said for years that nothing really gets rid of smoke and dog smells in cars , normally to get rid rot takes a deep deep clean.
Iv used this twice now and tbh I didn’t even clean the car well before hand and it absolutely eliminated all smells!!! Smells like a doctors surgery in there now.
Cannot stress enough how well this works. Better than any sprays and aircon bombs we’ve tried over the years.

Purchased a smokers car..tried everything the trade/dealership recommended, still the foul tobacco smell lingered on.
Then saw the AirVidox advert!

Liked their website and video, so purchased an odour removing pot
Really cleaned my car
Then as per very clear concise instructions I started the process.
Mixed said powders A & B plus water placed the now gel into the car for 8 hours.
Opened drivers door - held my breath, started up my car and put my cars vents onto recycle mode for an hour.
Then removed the gel filled pot, rinsing the gel outdoors to remove the gel.
Opened up all doors, boot for about an hour.
Went into my car for a sniff and no cigarette smell AT ALL..hint of bleach but dissipated within two short trips
I had also purchased a Crisp Linen fragrance a couple of short bursts and spot on odour.

This company also delivers magnificent customer service

I purchased the odour treatment due to the vehicle I purchased havnming been smoked in prior to me buying it. Due to the reviews from previous buyers I made the purchase.
It was OK and removed the harsh ess but the smell remains along with a strong chemical smell that a week later still has not died down. It kind of worked but not as good as I hoped it would.
ADDITION:
I have now re cleaned my car and completed the procedure again. I have now achieved a very successful outcome. This company should write the book on what outstanding customer service looks like. Will most definitely use them in the future and would be happy to signpost people to them with similar issues.

On another note if you have severe smoke smell in the car you really need to deep clean it properly before attempting the chemical treatment. That should yield better results.

I bought one of these and it faded the smoke odour in my car but didn’t fix it, I contacted the company and they were very helpful, their aftercare is excellent!
