This company is a fraud and only want your money , my watch broke in 3 weeks due to poor materials , when i reported this to them they said they would replace it if i left a 5* review on trust pilot. (Bribery)
I stupidly did this and now they are refusing to replace my item saying it was my fault . My watch has since turned a different colour in tge screen for some reason. Really bad product even worse customer service ! Avoid at all costs and go with garmin a top watch provider.

I ordered headphones and the order was placed on 18th March with the delivery stated as 5-7 days.

Today is 29th march and the product is still in transit with no signs of delivery.

The customer service has no idea about the date of delivery and they are not bothered about the inconvenience caused.

They’re handling the situation really well and taking all the right steps to make sure the customer is satisfied. It’s impressive how they’re turning things around!

Ordered the air max headphones towards the end of last year, and was very happy with the product - comfortable and sound quality is excellent. They’ve recently developed a fault in the battery but having emailed customer service, who were very helpful and prompt with replies, they have agreed to send me a replacement!

Unbelievable service , watch is brilliant has so many functions , great battery and the customer service is also 5 *. Can’t fault them

They are scammers never buy of them they sent me a broken item and won’t give me a replacement or a refund.

I made an order and tried to cancel after few hours even before processing and they refused and send me the order that I received after 9 days and then it was not the same as requested then they told me to write a good review and they will send me the right order I did that and after 2 weeks of another waiting they didn't send they need to think more

Purchased some Wireless headphones Air Max which were such poor quality. Plastic, flimsy and poor quality. Requested to return the product and had to ship them to China which cost over £20.00. Have sent them off and supplied the tracking details - will have to see if I get a refund. Having now read other reviews i can only hope

Excellent product. Great value for money and good customer service

Customer service is great and the company cares about their customers and the products they provide.

A great gift for Christmas for my teenage boys! They love them. Customer Service were very quick to answer any queries or questions I had.
