I normally do research on a company before I buy anything and thank goodness I didn't. My dress was made to measure and fits me perfectly. the dress looks like the photo. It needs a good press but its absolutely gorgeous and tracking the order is a bit stressful. Yes you do have a waiting time but it does give you a rough idea of timeline. Thank you Aisle Style for a beautiful Wedding Dress. I do not get the bad reviews.

Umm I ordered a dress on March fourth and I still don't have it and my grad is coming up and it might not be here in time

I ordered a dress but I changed my mind. As their website informes people that if you cancel your order within 24h, you will get a full refund, I cancelled my order. I did that by messaging through their website and by sending a separate email. I don’t get a response nor my money. I wrote 4 emails now but they don’t respond to anything. I want my money back!!!! As that is my right! My order was cancelled 12h after ordering it so they did not make any costs whatsoever.

SCAM company - do not buy!!

I've ordered my wedding dress here as I am on a budget, they've added an extra £30 shipping cost without warning, and when the dress came 5 weeks later it was broken and of shocking quality. Not worth the money in any way.
I contacted them the same day to start a return, to which they replied they will speak to their tailors to help me. They haven't come back to any of my emails ever since. Now I'm sitting here with a horrible broken dress that I spent all my available money on and won't be able to afford a new wedding dress anywhere else and my wedding is ruined.
Shocking how this company can still operate.

The company is a scam! I ordered two bridesmaid dresses spent £240. When we recieved was awful.
The structure and the tailoring was awful.
The colours was wrong.
The size was wrong.

When we spoke to them they sent back rediculous emails to say it is exactly what we ordered. Then they avoided further emails.

The site needs to be shut down and charged for scamming innocent people.

My wedding gown was gorgeous. Customer service is excellent, always responding to any questions or concerns. They also shipped dress expeditiously with no extra charge. I'm not sure why so many bad reviews but I had a great experience. The only issue I had was the dress was not exactly as pictured, but it was very close. I didn't order a tailor fit because personally you'd want your tailor to be local correct?? The dress was extremely affordable and there's no way I would have gotten a dress this gorgeous for that price and that style ANYWHERE in the states. Thanks aislestyle! You're the best!!

Poor duplicate copies of an original designer dress.

Ordered bridesmaids dresses not one of them fitted. Tried to return & get s full refund, to be told they were all made to order and this was not possible.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. YOU WILL NEVER BE GIVEN A REFUND

Never bought anything from the Internet & not been able to return if the dresses did not fit properly.

Do not buy from this company! An absolute nightmare from order to receiving my dress, didnt get any updates on my order- all emails wouldn’t deliver to the company, they never answered their phone, impossible to get hold of anyone, the dress I ordered was supposed to be a size UK 8, I measured according to their sizing chart and believe me there is no way what they have sent me is a UK size 8! It’s absolutly massive, it will cost more than the dress itself to get altered, I haven’t managed to get hold of anyone as of yet to discuss a refund, they also show on the website that they are based in London with a London phone number however my delivery came from China, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you will be disappointed!!

Their dresses are bad quality and its so difficukt to get through to them im due a rufund and its now 12days no luck.

I ordered my wedding dress and veil from here custom fit for extra cost and omg I'm blown away by it , emailed to confirm all measurement and any additional needs etc and updated me along the way , received within 7 days of posting out (less than 2 weeks from order date) and it perfect the detail and work that gone into the dress is amazing I tried a similar dress on in a shop that was 4 times the price and my dress from aisle style blows it out of the water in every way :D as for the veil , they customes the lace on the edging to match the lace on my dress so it all matches beautifully together

Same thing happened here. I ordered ten bridesmaid dress in green mint, suddenly the dress turned up in turquoise. I emailed them saying the colour is not right, and would like full refund. Now they are not offering me my full refund as well as not giving me a return address for the items to be delivered. Furthermore, the landline is somehow disconnected. Can someone please tell me who should I contact to get my full money back????

Finally, once you post a negative review, somehow 12 customers bought their goods and rated them 5 stars in a space of 30min of each review. And somehow they all give the same feedback.

Shipped the wrong product, took over two weeks to get the return information. Now refusing to pay return shipping even though their website says they will on mis-shipped products. And are claiming it's not the right dress so are only refunding a portion of what I paid. Do not buy from here.

I ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids (A-line One Shoulder Sleeveless Pleated Long Chiffon Bridesmaid colour - Blush). One size was too small so I requested to exchange it for a bigger number but they are refusing doing this saying that they cannot exchange it as they are custom made. This is ridiculous! Have I known this, I would have probably been more careful where I am ordering from. So this experience costed me £100 because I had to order another extra dress in a bigger size. Which it means I have one dress and it is nothing I can do with it.

Absolutely disgusted with their service and return policy. They won't allow a return even though its brand new as was delivered a day ago. They are slow in getting back

I am having the same issue, the dress is too big, wrong colour and not the same as the picture seen which is a quality issue - they are refusing a return and refund and ignoring my emails where by I am stating its against the law to not accept the return and issue a full refund. They state the dresses are made to order but you can see the dresses on multiple of similar sites. I would NOT recommend ever even considering purchasing from here, I was very skeptical but the reviews seemed OK, since checking the reviews again they have gone from good to extremely poor, I would guess they write there own reviews! If i could 0 stars I would.
I will also be going to the trading standards about this excuse of an company, as recommend by other reviews on here..

I have now reported to the police as I feel they are unlawfully operating and there many companies very similar and advertising the same dresses, i would expect they are all one company. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company and please do not be fooled by the good reviews as you can easily work out they are fake reviews. I cannot stress enough do not fall victim like I have, Weddings are expensive enough without a company like this stealing from you.

Go to the high street and pay a little extra, at least you get customer service and peace of mind the returns policy is legit.

I was very skeptical of buying a wedding dress from an online store so I read tons of reviews before finally taking the plunge.
Was pleasantly surprised with the quality and accurate time of delivery. My dress (which was an ivory A line) was so beautiful, light and dreamy - even with 6 layers and a train. For better results, I suggest you customise with your exact body measurement.
Everyone who saw it thought I paid thousands!
Don't be scared, try them and you'll thank me later.

I can honestly say that I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the wedding dress I received from Aisle Style.
I decided to opt for the cheaper option for my choice of dress because I couldn't justify buying a 'real' one from a real boutique. I knew the risks of buying from the internet and I was fully prepared for the quality of material being lower than that of a £1000 dress. I am however, extremely pleased with the dress they sent. The lace was decent (and all lined up nicely at the seams), the tailoring was as good as the high street options such as debenhams or monsoon and the fit was perfect (I sent my measurements). I wanted a dress that just looked like a beautiful wedding dress and that's what I received. The only thing which gives it away is a small area where the cap sleeves attached to the bodice where the lace looks a bit busy but I'm fully prepared to pass this off as shabby chic.
Customer service-wise; I can't complain either. The company replied within 24hrs of any query and even contacted me a few times for additional measurements. Just don't expect a reply at the weekend and keep in mind the time difference. My advice for minimising disappointment would be:
Know your shape and shop accordingly,
Have realistic expectations - the material won't be silk, there probably won't be much of an underskirt so plan to buy this separately, there might be areas that look a little unfinished.
Send your measurements but also be prepared to take the dress to a dressmaker for a final fitting,
Be prepared to have the dress cleaned and pressed as it won't be delivered in a fancy box to keep it crease free.
Overall, very positive experience and would recommend the company if you want a cheap and cheerful wedding dress. I am extremely happy with mine. :-)

I seen a dress I liked on here but was apprehensive about ordering it.It came on time and is great quality.I sent my measurements,it does need a couple of alterations around the sleeves but I expected that.Would definitely recommend and buy from here again.
