Ordered an outdoor rug and was sent a…

Ordered an outdoor rug and was sent a fleece rug, had to contact them multiple times to provide a free return label. Every person I spoke to said they would sort it immediately but did precisely nothing. Was weeks later when I received the return label. Aivly kept declining the return even though they had received the rug. Eventually refund arrived on Klarna but they had deducted the postage! What a cheek after all the hassle they had caused me by sending the wrong product in the first place. Do not order from this company!

So mad with this company

So mad with this company! I stupidly placed an order before checking trustpilot! I paid for premium 24hr delivery and its now day 3 and they still haven’t even despatched the item, I have sent 2 emails no reply, I will be ringing tomorrow and requesting a refund through paypal. Could kick myself as I have never used this site before and should just stick to the good ones who I usually use. Please avoid is the only advice I can give to anyone reading this.

I purchased an item online from this…

I purchased an item online from this store on 9 April and paid £5.95 for 24 express premium delivery. The item didn’t arrive on 10 April so I contacted them. On 11 April I received an email saying it had been despatched that day!
I am cross and very disappointed and have requested they refund my postage, which I think is only fair.
Watch this space….!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service.
Have a faulty item for which I’ve had no correspondence for over a week. Called and was promised to call back after my email and social media messages being ignored for a week but I’ve heard nothing.
Would not use again, can see why they have been given such a low rating

Customer service non existent

Customer service non existent. After they sent the wrong size turnout rug for my pony, I have contacted them on 3 separate occasions with no reply.
I know that they use that email as they were communicating with me through it when it turned out one of the rugs I ordered was out of stock.
Shocking. The rug in question is incorrectly labelled. A fault on their part. All I requested was an exchange.

Shocking delivery costs

Unless you live within 5 miles of this store DO NOT use they wanted to charge me £13.89 for £12.99 item telling me parcelforce charge more for my mainland uk postcode this was for a 900g pot of hoof moist delivery more than the item

They were totally unwilling to use Royal Mail

NO WONDE EVERYONE SHOPS WITH AMAZON

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered boots costing nearly £400 they arrived damaged and to the wrong address. Aivly expected me to deal the delivery company myself.
It wasn't until I reminded the company that as a customer I had rights if a product was delivered faulty did they finally admit the problem and give me a refund. Dealing with there customer service was too time consuming and they were very awkward!
