We've had a new Worcester oil boiler installed and Adam and team did a great job. The guys worked incredibly hard to finish the install on the day and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, good communication, highly recommended. Really friendly, said they'd turn up and they did, even though they were working late. Would definitely use them again.

Communication from start of the process was excellent from both the engineer and office. They explained the process to install the new boiler in depth and gave me different price options.
The installation took place exactly as planned with minimal disruption or fuss. Adam was friendly, efficient and made time to explain features after completion.
Price was competitive and i had no problem with paying half up front and the balance upon completion

We have used AJB for some years now and always found them excellent, but yesterday they excelled themselves. During the night our boiler packed up so we phoned AJB first thing andthey were with us before breakfast. They identified the PCB as the problem and during the morning they located and obtained a new one, returning before lunch to fit it and complete the repair. How's that for service. Well done guys.

We had our boiler installed by AJB Services a few years ago and they were excellent both during and after the installation. We have had a recent problem with the hive that impacted the boiler, and AJB Services were so supportive in helping to get the issue resolved - despite it being last minute and their busy ongoing workload. Their customer services is first rate and a big thanks to everyone at AJB Services.

I can't fault this company on their customer service, professionalism, reliability and work undertaken. After having a bad run of serious plumbing & boiler issues, AJB went the extra mile to make sure my problems were resolved quickly and at a fair price.
Many thanks to Sam, who was a star dealing with all the issues. He worked really hard and left the place spotless with all issues sorted. Also Carly, who was so understanding and worked so hard to get me booked in quickly. The communication was fantastic. I rarely write reviews but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as a trustworthy, reliable company to anyone.

Used AJB services a few times now mostly in emergency situations (new years eve boiler not working and another boiler not working during cold spell) every time the speed of the response and work carried out was outstanding! Communication, fair price and standard of work is excellent. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

These guys were outstanding. Initially booked in just to move a radiator but then they replaced hot water pump as well. Communication via text / email was fast, easy and pleasant. Competitive price and reliable. Cheers

AJB are contracted to our Business Centre and service our two Oil Boilers, there capability and efficiency is 100%, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for commercial or domestic supplies.

AJB Services are the only company that I will use for my gas boiler servicing and repairs. They are a company that I have used for years and they always treat me with honesty and I trust their advice because of this implicitly.

Excellence runs seamlessly through the whole business from start to finish, from booking an appointment and being greeted in a friendly manner with great communication, to the day of the appointment with an engineer in my home demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism.

I have been told by other companies in the past to replace my boiler and they have encouraged me to pay out for this high expense, yet AJB services have always been open and given me options to repair rather than replace, I always feel that they go above and beyond and exceed requirements and this is very much appreciated.

Excellent service- responded promptly to initial enquiry, followed up by detailed quote in writing. Adam had a great team working with him that were efficient & resolved all niggles found during the installation of LPG boiler and some new radiators. Very impressed and will be calling him for all future plumbing and heating jobs.

Starting using ajb for our boiler service through a recommendation and have since had a couple of radiators and drainage leaks that we've had to call them out too. Always a fast service and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend. Reasonably priced and pleasant staff.
