Forget this company, located in Javea-Spain!
I explain why:
I took a car insurance policy with them, and after 7 months, I sold the car. I have prepared a private sales contract, signed by the buyer and me, and deleted my car registration directly from the DGT platform. DGT informed me that the Car is now registered in the name of the new owner.
Afterwards, I sent all documentation to this insurance company. Flabbergasted, the owner said I will not get my residual money back, as everyone can say they sold their car. Of course, this is not true, as the official Spanish system does not lie. My other insurance company, a big player, says what they do is incorrect.
As I had paid for one year in advance, I called the owner to say that this was not legal. Directly, he was yelling at me and was very rude on the telephone. He said I can forget about getting my money back. I could get a coupon if I want, he said. What can I do with that?? If you have no car anymore?
A terrible experience, please do not fall into the trap I have now experienced. One star is too much!
