Took the stress out of a stressful situation

After a terrible experience with a well known and advertised insurance company, I was subsequently refused insurance by the mainstream insurance companies.

I was referred to Gallagher Business Insurance and from the outset I felt the call handler was on my side. Julie Roberts went out of her way to help and find an affordable solution to my bespoke situation.

Patient, courteous and professional from start to finish. I would recommend this company and Julie Roberts is a credit to her employer and the insurance industry.

Find insurance elsewhere

The company is clearly unskilled and incompetent with what they're doing. I waited many days for a quotation to come back to me when i was told it was with the underwriters and was said to also be escalated. It took that long i found insurance elsewhere with a company who actually knows what they're doing. The advisor i spoke to didnt even seem to know what they were doing and wasnt very professional, sounded like a robot.

Always a pleasure to use this firm

I have used this firm for all my home insurance needs over many years and 5, no 6, different homes, in Devon, in the Midlands, in London and in N Wales.

I have nothing but praise for the employees, their courtesy, their helpfulness, their friendly emails.

It is always a pleasure to deal with Emma and her colleagues in South Devon. You will note that although I have moved around the country, I have stayed faithful to this company down South!

After looking for a while trying to get…

After looking for a while trying to get cover and understand what cover I need, many companies didn’t have the cover I was looking for. So I called up Gallagher to get some assistance with my new detailing business to get the right cover. Ellie and other colleagues I spoke to were brilliant, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am very happy I’ve chosen this company to get cover. Thank you very much for your great customer service, Im relieved to have found this company and get covered for my business. It was so easy and smooth from start to finish!

Delightful experience

On 13th April I purchased an unoccupied house insurance policy following my mother's permanent move to a nearby care home.
What a delight this experience was thanks to your representative Claire Salter.
Claire was very knowlegable, professional and a great sense of humour! But maintained her focus on the subject. This was a real treat to be able to speak to a delightful real person as opposed to the (bots) we have all become used to now.
Please ensure Claire receives an acknowledgement of my appreciation. Gallagher's are indeed fortunate to have someone as good as Claire representing their company as a first contact for customers.

Exceptional Service from Omari at Lloyds

We had a really positive experience with Omari at Lloyds while completing our insurance. He was professional, incredibly polite, and genuinely patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question clearly and made sure we fully understood everything before moving forward. It made what can often feel like a stressful task so much smoother and more reassuring.

Rubbish

I’ve been waiting for a refund for over a year now from an insurance policy that I’d taken out for my business. I’ve had countless conversations/ emails with the G. Team . They have sent the same cheque over and over and over again to an address which i keep telling them does no longer exist. I was then told it would get sent to my new postal address- only to chase up 2 weeks later to find yet another cheque sent to the no longer existing address. I asked for a bank transfer to put this exasperating situation to an end- but this still seems too difficult for the accounts team to manage. I can only be thankful that I didn’t actually need them to cover me in an actual insurance situation, when getting £84 sent back to me seems near impossible for them. 13 months now :)
