Had a new Worcester-Bosch boiler installed by Andy and his team. On his first visit, Andy looked at our heating setup, gave good advice and options, and gave a fair quote for the work. We decided to follow his main suggestion. Andy worked efficiently and neatly, with a great deal of care. All the rubbish was cleared up and at the end, you couldn’t even tell he’d been there! We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others. Top bloke!

Andy replaced our 16 year old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler, filter and control system. When quoting, he recommended the appropriate boiler and explained the options on control systems. The new boiler was fitted and working in one day. Our carpets were carefully protected during the work, the whole system was balanced and each radiator checked with an infra red thermal camera. On completion, Andy explained the boiler controls and the new control system. Very impressed with Andy's work. Efficient, calm and tidy. Highly recommended.

After 23 years’ service my central heating boiler although working was beyond its best.
I had quotes from the most expensive and the cheapest.
I decided I really wanted a local engineer with a good reputation.
It is not easy to find professional, skilful engineers who take a pride in their work.
I found AJM Heating through the local Trading Standards listed contractors and they are also a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer and a Which? Trusted Trader.
On Andy’s first visit I was impressed with his knowledge, explaining exactly what and how everything would be done.
The installation was very smooth, everything as it should be and the installation is a credit to Andy’s skill and professionalism.
I would not hesitate to recommend Andy’s company to anyone wanting a job done properly.

After a gas leak was found and our gas supply turned off we needed a gas safety engineer to sort the problem ! We contacted Andy the next morning and he came as promised later in the afternoon to cap off our gas and reinstate our gas boiler - very reliable and friendly. Great job - would highly recommend and definitely use again.

I completely and honestly say that I have this company twice now and each time it has been a very good experience. They have just installed a walk-in shower in my bathroom and it is beautiful. Andy Steve and Robin were so professional and did such a good job.Very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. Well done.

I'm sure all is good if you can pay cash with this company. But if, due to their advertising, you enquire about the interest free options all suddenly goes quiet. The interest free doesn't exist! It would have been 11% but they never got as far as putting that quote together.
We found a company where interest did exist and we weren't made to feel like second class citizens for enquiring.

Andy and Steve came to remove a hot water tank and boiler, and replace a radiator in February 2024. I was wary about who to book with, but after Andys first visit to assess and quote for the job, I was extremely impressed with the way he explained how the process would work and what to expect. Andy and Steve were punctual, professional and extremely tidy during the 2 days that they were completing the work. They both were happy to answer any questions or queries I had regarding the process, no matter how silly! It can be stressful trying to find honest and trustworthy tradespeople, but I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of their services.

We can’t praise Andy enough for the level of service he provided for us when he recently installed a new boiler plus some radiators for us. He was very knowledgable and gave good advice with options for us to consider. The work was done in an efficient manner and with minimal mess or fuss. We are really pleased with the work and we will not hesitate to have Andy back if and when we need more work doing.

Andy went above and beyond! Our boiler was not working as it should so a new one was installed within a week of receiving a quote. His work is 100%. Efficient, tidy and such an approachable guy. Would recommend him every time.

Patient and thorough. Recently moved house and the boiler system wasn't working as it should so Andy worked his magic and made it sensible and safe. He was very thorough and explained what was going on without being patronising- even got his heat detector camera out! Neat and tidy prep too. Thanks Andy.

Andy was so knowledgeable and informative. He was able to adapt to us suddenly changing where the boiler would be placed once we had fully exposed and seen where the existing pipework was laid. His work was neat and extremely well done, even the next contractor who came in was *highly* impressed at the attention to detail and wanted to know who had done the work! AJM went above and beyond to secure and lag all the pipework, fit boards that needed replacing, and even helped us remove the bathtub (which was coming out anyways) to lay the proper piping to the drain. He removed all the waste, made the boiler cupboard look spotless, and was very patient in explaining the steps along the way, how to use the boiler, how best to place the radiators, etc. Andy was able to do the job under a tight deadline, at short notice, and I don’t think I will ever go elsewhere for any further work or boiler servicing. The work is exemplary.

Andy was very knowledgeable and honest with his advice. He listened to our requirements for a new boiler and advised us on the various options available to us. It was a fairly big job which included removing the old boiler, relocating the new one and removing the tank etc from our loft. We are quite particular when it comes to the quality of workmanship and Andy and his team didn't disappoint. His work is incredibly neat and tidy and he gave us a lot of his time answering questions and explaining everything to us. AJM came recommended to us by a family member who had already used his services and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him forward. Thanks again Andy, much appreciated!
