Terrible Service - will never order anything from them again. I placed and paid (in advance) for order with AJ Products on December 18th 2025. I heard nothing back and in early Jan I contacted them whereby they apologized and informed me my order was "missed" in their system. Anyway, I received a deliver date and informed them that I would not be available during that time as I was in the west coast of the US on business. They advised that this wasn't a probem and we agreed a revised delivery date via email. Of course, the product was delivered while I was away on the original delivery date - left outside in the elements, with my front gate left open for anyone to walk in and talk it. A neighbour kindly noticed it eventually and took it in and closed my gate. I emailed AJ with my compliant - have heard nothing back from them. A very unpleasant, unprofessional experience - I will not use them again.

They don`t take returns at all even though its stated on their website.
Worst customer service ever, staff on the phone absolutely useless.
Avoid to buy anything from them, its just a rip off.

Just here to bring up the rating a bit, received top notch service from these guys. Ordered 2 desks which I am very pleased with, they took about 2 weeks to arrive and I was informed of the status of my order at all times

Excellent product. I year post purchase and very happy with my circular work table.

Items seem to be good quality when you get them. I have had a good experience with my sit-stand desk in the month I have had it. At least the part of it that arrived.

You are not buying Irish, They don't even hold any stock in Ireland according to their support team.

The after-sales support of this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was told my products would arrive within 10 - 20 working days. 50 or so days later I am still waiting for items.

Customer support tell me every week the item will arrive next week.

They have now started saying it will arrive this week but it never does. I have had 2 weeks of this behavior.

You could order from Uk or European countries and get a better service and similar product.

Worst customer service. Tried to ask some simple questions about the dimensions of a product before buying it.
All I got was that he/she has "no idea" and that "I won't be happy with the product anyway" and I can't return it even though it's not mentioned on the website.

My new chair arrived today and I am absolutely stunned by its style and spec. It is beautiful.

Not only is the chair great, the service from the team was incredible. My chair arrived in a timely manner and then the team assembled it for me and took away the rubbish! It is the best bit of furniture I have bought. Thank you! I've already recommended you to my mum :-)

Very slow delivery , bought a trolly cheap flat pack import!!!! Tried to buy Irish what’s the point 🤷🏼‍♂️

Excellent service. Issues are resolved quickly too - had an item arrive damaged in transit, and within an hour of notifying them they had a replacement ordered and on its way.

I received the desk in the time promised even during the covid-19 crises, furthermore, I couldn't set the table properly and they company sent a person that kindly set the table correctly to us. I'd buy again, definitely.
