I was worried given the reviews, but other than it taking a LOOONNNGG time (about five weeks) to come with no updates whatsoever, I did receive the wallpaper for my stair risers. If ordering from USA, know that the tracking number says Australia, but that number is actually an Express USPS number. Paste it into the USPS website, and it'll work.

At first I thought it was too dark, but when I laid it out and took a picture from above, It was pretty accurate to the website and was applied with no difficulty. It was too wide and required trimming, but the heights were good.

The seller does not appear to understand the appropriate material for wall decals. The product I received is of poor quality and not suitable for wall applications as advertised.

Despite claiming to print wall decals using self-adhesive material, they provided something entirely unsuitable—likely intended for windows or other smooth surfaces. This is misleading advertising, and unfortunately, I feel I wasted both time and money.

I do not recommend this service based on my experience.

Beware - low quality and they do not honour money back guarantee or replacement. I contacted Cobb Cui at AJ Wallpaper and Cobb assured me that if I chose an Image from Shutter Stock, that it would print up to create a wall decal. I was concerned at the resolution, and Cobb assured me that it would be 100% sharp due to their high quality printer. I paid $468 and ordered. When my decals arrived they were low resolution and had a warm tint over everything. They looked like an out of focus photograph. I requested a return and money back as per the money back guarantee. They refused and insisted I choose a replacement image. I did but I asked to see a test sample print to confirm that the resolution was sharp and the colour was balanced. Cobb sent me a picture of a test print however I could not judge from a picture if it was high res or colour balanced correctly. I asked to be sent the sample or have some other assurance of the quality. I have not heard from them since. It has been 4 months and none of my emails have been returned. They are ignoring me. The entire negotiation took months and wasted my time and delayed the renovation of my home. I am planning to take it to consumer affairs. I warn everyone to avoid this company. You would think that the printer at least would have seen the poor quality and alerted the manager before sending me such low quality decals and hoping I would accept them. I feel that they took my money under false pretences. I can not use the product I was sent and they are not returning my calls or emails. I feel that I was scammed. $468 is a lot of money for me. It has been one of the worst experiences thatI have had purchasing something from the internet., Avoid at all costs!!

They clearly drop ship from china. Ordered 14 days ago and hasn't even been picked up by AusPost, which implies it's being freight forwarders by a transport company in china.

If I knew it was drop shipped I would have just purchased it from China and saved the middle man

We placed two separate orders, when ordering delivery was 3-5 days. Two weeks later no delivery, tried calling - recorded message saying email, sent two emails and no response.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!

Order placed an order a month ago = and NOTHING. I have tried contacting them numerous times and NOTHING. The phone number listed on the website for NZ is NOT AJ Wallpaper.

These people are a bunch of scam artists - DO NOT USE

The vinyl does not stick to ANY SURFACE. Do not buy this crap. I am currently up to 10 email asking for a refund. I have sent photos, offered to return it, done everything they requested. Their tactic is to email back and ask for more info instead of just refund. FRAUDSTERS. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CRAP!!!!

I can’t believe they are still operating I am a finishing trade as I have used a lot of wallpaper 40 plus years but this is the worst product I have ever used worst company to deal with no response on the defect wallpaper people please keep clear from these fraudsters

Based on their website I went to their showroom in Knoxfield in Melbourne- but it doesn't exist! Tried calling four times (on different days) and all you get is a recorded MSG with their office hours! Now that I've read the negative reviews, I understand why. I'm certainly not going to order online.

Hopeless customer service. They steal your money and run away. Better not waist your time communicating with them. Go straight to your credit card company to file the dispute for the unlawful charge.

This is the worst customer service ever,Our mural was scratch with creases and when I emailed I was told put it up and try it first ,so angry I never checked reviews .
I’m never going to stop telling as many people as I can,
I was shown a picture of the mural before it was sent and it’s not even the same size as ours

I wish I had read the numerous negative reviews. I ordered a mural for a door. And since ordering have been bombarded on a daily basis by spamming emails from this company. I have rang numerous times - nobody ever answers the phone!!! When I do get through they advise my email has been removed and next day another SIX emails. I can't unsubscribe as our company internet security deems it dangerous site. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I placed an order and reeived a mural that was distorted and out of focus. I emailed the company and they responded promptly. After returning the defective product, I received a refund. I ordered a second product and that one was good quality. If you are willing to go througha lot of hassle, eventually this company will provide a good product.

Disgrace, daylight robbery and utter FRAUD - do not deal with this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. the picture on the website looked cute and amazing, the product that came was cheap and nasty, different colour backing (cheap white instead of a quality looking dark pink) and had none of the extra sewn on bunny ears that were shown in the picture - no mistake could be made that great, it is just fraud....and no they would not except it or refund. stay away from these robbers.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD......i bought 2 wall murals.... costing around $750! one completely out of focus and mauve in colour not black and white shades as described and shown on website. the other has a completey huge square of faded colour which was not noticed by us until wallpaper had been applied and paid for. i have contacted this company several times (which in itself is near on impossible) i have been offered a replacement at half price !!! i have adamantly told them i will not accept a replacement as their products are cheap and inferior. i have requested a full refund to no avail. now they refuse to respond at all to phone calls or emails........DISGUSTING FRAUDENTULENT COMPANY......take my advice along with other customers stay away !

Low quality product very bad customer service ,almost none . We purchased Vinyl self-adhesive wall paper and came off the wall next day .We have ask for help first then refund .Contact the company no luck with warranty just offer to purchase another one for half price ! I am not recommending them ,stay clear of them.Not a Australian company ,they may be based in Melbourne but way they treat customers is not from here .....Greg

Really poor quality product with blurred image. Unable to use this and the company refused a refund.

Please don’t use this company, I didn’t even want to put a star up but had too. Ordered a mural 5m x 2.8m (yes massive) cost was $700. Received it in 2 weeks which was from China (thought this was a Australian made product) went to open and start installing and they had printed the wrong size @ 5m x 2.5m. Because we were doing this on a Sunday had to wait till Monday, sent an email stating the wrong size, which I got a reply that they were sending it out again as a fastway delivery, still took 2 weeks maybe even longer to be shipped, it had completely didn’t packing, shipped from Melbourne, (so not sure why that took so long from there, even with a courier. But once we received it and open this to start installing (on a Sunday) the cut was a straight cut, there were no 1 or 2 cm overlap, the panels were also 2 metre wide, trying to put up 2 metre sticky panels and trying to get all the air bubbles out is pretty hard, especially on 1 ladder. There were no numbers to tell us what panel was first, second or third. I’ve got the panels up now but because I had no overlapping, nothing lines up so my picture looks bad. I’ve emailed them but I’ve had nothing back from them as why would they care, they have my money, they don’t care, about customer care. Please don’t use this company. You could nearly just go straight to AliExpress to get this done cheaper, which is what I wish I did, I’m 100% that’s where they send to get these printed.

Adhesive problems
Im on my 3rd attempt and third order at over $130 each time with my Galaxy starlight project.
I thought it was me but i cant get the nonwoven murals to stick, Ive tried their paste, a Pva, and a spray adhesive, I have thrown the first 2 lots in the bin. the First surface was MDF, second and third was Polystyrene sheet. I just cant get the adhesives to stick and as the surface is like plastic and wont allow the adhesive to evaporate. Ive given up for now.

The wallpaper on "woven paper"was more like plastic, and a classic example of printing a low resolution image too big so it becomes blurry, and also the various parts of the wallpaper did not line up. Spent nearly $200 and this crap can go in the bin, not useful for anything. Extremely disappointing.
