AKD TRADING LTD - BEWARE OF FRAUD
Be careful, I ordered samples of nuts from AKD TRADING LTD, I paid 100% of the proforma invoice amount in the DDP purchase conditions. I was contacted by their forwarding agency from Lithuania, which demanded a refundable insurance fee. I made the payment. The delivery deadline has passed. The forwarding agency demanded from me an additional amount for border fees on the Poland-Lithuania border, where my goods had no right to be.
I demanded the cancellation of the contract and a refund of the amounts paid. I am waiting and have no illusions. In the event of further delay, I intend to take legal action. For now, the company is not reliable, so be careful and do not let yourself be deceived and robbed

AKD TRADING LTD - ATTENTION SCAMMERS
Be careful, I ordered pellets from AKD TRADING LTD, I paid 50% of the amount and the second one was supposed to be delivered upon delivery. As soon as I paid, the phone number disappeared. I found the second one and he claims it's broken. Delivery was supposed to take 4-5 days, now they wrote to me that it takes 2 weeks, because they have a larger, better order, and if I want, I can pay and buy it in Turkey. They don't respond to emails, there are no goods or anything. Something touched me and with the help of a friend from Europol, I made a controlled purchase, the British Embassy has been notified. Its implementation is supposed to be quick, because many companies in England are fraudsters, just like this one. Europol said that they will quickly track them down, but until now, be careful and don't give up to be deceived and robbed.
