We both did not get £25 each
As an existing ID mobile customer, I shared my recommendation link with a friend, who bought a phone with ID mobile with 2 years plan. The scheme states that we both get £25 each however, after two-three months I got my £25 but my friend never got hers. I had told her that she’d also get it so I am disappointed to see that it doesn’t work what the offer states.

Everything went very smoothly, I was kept informed every step of the way and when my reward was due I just had to inform them of how I wanted paying (bank transfer or pay pal). After choosing bank transfer the money was in my account in 3 days.

You fibre have terrible customer service. They do not pay the correct rewards payment. I am in the process of seeing where I stand legally. Not had it a month yet. Good broadband.
