I have been using Akliz for more than 3 years at this point for my server hosting needs. This ranges from different mod packed Minecraft Servers to Satisfactory and Killing Floor servers. I have had very little issues running any of them. Set up is easy (all automated just a 1 click installation). If you ever do need help, use the chat support. These guys have been the best customer support I have ever received from a company.... ever. Extremely professional, Very knowledgeable, and they will not try and sell you something you do not need. If you do not know which plan you need for a particular server, just ask them, they will be completely honest and not try and oversell you.

My most recent experience with their customer service was with Houston. I purchased the most expensive cloud option as I thought my ATM8 server needed the 24GB of RAM that plan offers. Houston told me my server issues is not related to RAM and also let me know that my current plan of Titan (12GB) was too much. Houston worked with billing to not only cancel my upgrade to Cloud but also help me reduce the plan to an 8GB plan to help save some money on something I didn't need. After doing that Houston also helped diagnose the issue with the server and gave some advice that helped tremendously.

All in all, their Customer Support is top tier and if you need a server for something, I would 100% recommend these guys!

Akliz while not having the most user-friendly ui, is an excellent server hosting website. I changed my review after spending more time with their servers. With a newer bigger modpack it has worked like a dream.

What is most important to mention though is their customer service is 20/10, they always respond within minutes of their operating hours. They are patient enough to explain and even educate those who are curious about whatever may be going on with a particular game or the server. For example, multiple customer service reps have explained to me why minecraft is made the way it is on Java, why that causes hardware limitations on both ends, etc.

Furthermore, while not having seen their servers in person I am more than willing to believe they have some of the most high powered servers available. This is due to the overall smoothness after they recommended I preload the chunks on my server.

The Customer/Technical support is amazing. They walk me thru every process and even did some of the more harder things for me when my skills were not enough to solve the issues myself. It took them 1h or so to do something I couldn't do in a week! I recommend their servers to host your favorite games! I run a GTNH 2.2.0 on a Minecraft version 1.7.10... so imagine how hard was for me to get even a basic grief protection to work! Thanks to their help i was able to install FBUtilities with the Library and got the grief protection working.

When one of them reached their limit to their skills, the next person hopped on board to help. That what I call real Team Work! Its like a family working on your behalf to help you set up your server.

I've been using Akliz for about a month and a half now and not only are the prices very reasonable, but the customer service is second to none. I get answers within 2 minutes, almost always less, and not only do they help with their service but they look to answer issues you might be experiencing that are game related. They're always looking to expand their knowledge base to help others if the issues arise in the future. Can't say enough with how truly impressed I am with them.

I've been looking to set up a fresh server for a close buddy of mine and myself and was originally even planning to try this entire process on my own, but at the end i chose to go with Akliz nevertheless. Turns out, this was the best decision i could've made! Had i known beforehand how much of a hassle it can be to integrate custom mod files into your minecraft instance on your dedicated server, i would've never been so foolish in the first place to believe i could do this on my own!

Andrew has been incredibly kind, caring, listened to every question i had while providing instant feedback and went out on a limb for me to fix some of the hassles we encountered during the set up process, just to make sure the server works flawlessly and i get what i paid for.

Absolutely outstanding service from them and i have to say.. i haven't experienced something quite like this before, seriously!

The servers overall and the infinit amount of modpacks and games u can play with your friends is just awsome the customer support is also very good and friendly

Easy to use, great instructions. Mike from the support team personally tested a modpack I wanted to use and was lightning fast to answer any questions I had. Pricing is also very reasonable. 100% recommend akliz!

Akliz has been my server hosting company for a long time now. And I recently had to try and go to a different company, because Akliz didn't have one of the games I wanted hosted. It was an awful experience and reminded me immediately as to why Akliz has always been my go to for hosting in the last several years. Thank you Akliz for being amazing!

Not Only do they offer money back after 7 days but the support is also insanely helpful and nice and respond very quickly if you have problems

Quick setup, very fast responses to issues and their support area had a lot of common setup questions answered - things like setting up whitelists, etc. Highly reccommended.

I was in need of a dedicated host, that could preferably run servers for several games, and I was not disappointed.
Pricing is higher than other hosts that claim similar capabilities, but you get what you pay for.
Resources are high spec, and can handle anything that I throw at them within reason.
Support is super fast and efficient. Highly recommend Akliz for anyone with game hosting needs.

I had a lot of trouble and issues with some technical stuff I wanted to do and it went wrong so I needed help from professionals. I contacted the live customer service and got an instant reply. I had the best experience with the customer service - really helpful, understanding and service minded.
And of course all of my problems were solved.

I made a handful of mistakes and me and the guys on my server really pushed the envelope a few times. The people at Akilz.net were always very understanding and helpful. Everytime I reached out they'd respond within seconds or the latest a few minutes not with a bot but a real person and solved the issue as quickly as they arrived. Excellent product and service, I couldn't recommend these guys more.

dont really know what else to say but absolutely amazing service the only reason i cancelled was because me and my friends dont play the server anymore good servers great mod selction fast support replies need i remind you all of this for 10usd absolutely insane i will only use akliz frome here on out

I had an issue with finding my jar file for forge, and within an extremely short timespan I had an assistant on the chat that was willing to help me, very immediate response that solved my problem. This customer service is mwah 10/10

Akliz is **HANDS DOWN** the BEST server host I have ever had and here is why:

1.) Speed / Network
Akliz has BLAZING FAST pings! My Akliz server typically has pings of 15-20 ms for players in the US, 50-60 ms for players in Europe, and 110-120ms for players from Australia/New Zealand. These servers are located in Boston, Massachusetts on the East coast of the US and are freaking FAST! They are on the L3 network which is known for its speed/reliability and it shows!

2.) Customer Service
Akliz has absolutely awesome customer service! I am a partnered, full-time streamer on Twitch and as such, my concerns are VERY time-sensitive and can be fairly unique. I once messaged the customer service chatroom at 9:30 PM Eastern on a Saturday night with a problem and I had a response (WITH A SOLUTION) by 9:33 PM... in the middle of a livestream that was dead in the water until this particular issue was resolved. This timely interaction with customer service saved my stream that night and moreover saved me hundreds of dollars in potentially lost revenue.

Akliz will HAPPILY help you resolve any issues you encounter and they will keep you updated every step of the way! There is also at least one Twitch streamer among the customer service staff *waves at EvilSpaceBunny* and this helps give Akliz perspective when it comes to streamers' needs! Seriously, the folks at Akliz just get it!

3.) Software
The server software is (I believe) all Linux-based so you are getting the most PERFORMANT software available for your server. When it comes to tough workloads, Linux is simply the best!

4.) Flexibility
The Akliz plans allow you to have multiple game servers for ONE low cost! Even the lowest service tier allows for 2 servers and the next tier up (just a few dollars more) allows for 4 servers!

Just to help you understand how this works: I have the 12GB plan (Titan tier). I spin up my 7 Days to Die Subscriber Server a few nights a week (using 12GB of RAM), and then I swap over to my 7 Days to Die - Darkness Falls Mod server (using 12GB of RAM) on Thursday nights! With other server hosts, I'd likely have to pay for two servers to do this! The best part of the Akliz server hosting plans is that I can even choose to create another game server from any of Akliz's 20+ other games! So long as I am not actively assigning more than 12GB of ram usage, I can even run MULTIPLE servers at the same time. For example - I could have a 4GB Minecraft server, a 4GB 7 Days to Die server, and a 4GB Project Zomboid server all running at the same time!

This feature is just so incredibly FLEXIBLE! I couldn't imagine ever going without this option now - especially as a streamer who swaps games frequently!

5.) Peace of Mind / Reliability
The servers are backed up regularly (twice daily is common) and I have experienced literally NO down time during my normal streaming hours. Every minute offline is a potential dollar lost and Akliz has not let me down - EVER.

I previously had so many different server hosts, but Akliz is the ONLY server host with the speed, customer service, software, flexibility and reliability to meet my (SUBSTANTIAL) needs. I sincerely feel that my stream would not be nearly as successful without Akliz. Akliz has been an absolute dream come true.

The only negative thing I can say in this review is that if you are here reading this, then you aren't watching my stream over on twitch - hahaha! ^_^

Seriously though, get yourself a server hosting plan with AKLIZ! You will be VERY happy you did!
