amazing, I love how there are real people there to help you instead of AI, and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. It took max 10 minutes to set up a fully modded server and get to playing, absolutely stellar

Calum went so far beyond above and beyond for my Fiancé, her player data needed wiped due to a corruption issue, and they made sure that she could get her items before he reset her data. They were patient and kind all around!

Akliz has been an incredible host in the years I've been using them. Their hardware is beefy, the uptime is 100%, and their support is unparalleled. The company is a small team of genuinely kind people who I've gotten to know by name since I started doing business with them. They have literally worked with me over the course of days to help troubleshoot lag on my server, and have been accommodating of every (reasonable) request I've made regarding my account with them. I don't want to sound like a shill, but seriously, I have had the most positive experience with them since I started renting their servers several years ago. Cannot recommend enough.

Having never interacted with online servers for Minecraft, besides realms run by Mojang, i was very excited but also nervous to try and host a modded server for my friends to play on. I was nervous that I was going to get scammed or just be left high and dry with problems I had no idea how to fix but boy was I wrong! Anytime i was faced with an issue on the server side all I had to do was send a message on Akliz and within minutes I'd be sent a very helpful response. Never was I met with any negative remarks for not understanding something off the bat, just kind help to make sure everything was working correctly. 10/10 recommend for anyone interested in being able to play amongst friends while also having the benefit of mods at your disposal!!!

Absolutely amazing and helpful team. Ben was helping me with setting up a rust server for my discord group through the use of the command windows, something I have next to zero experience using. They were patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge in this field. Immediate responses to my multiple questions that helped me immensely. Sent me guides for steps I didnt know I needed to go through to get me the proper tools I required for setup.

Houston is the customer service GOAT

There is a support member named Houston that went above and beyond to help me make my server work. I was transferring a server that my buddy was running on a completely different service and it was anything but simple but Houston walked me step by step to get the server running even better then it was before. I couldnt recommend Akliz enough.

Akliz is a great group of individuals, genuinely some of the most kind and courteous server hosts I've ever worked with.

I took a several year break from Minecraft and that may have been because of several bad interactions with other server hosts over the years. Last year I decided to give it a go again with modded Minecraft and some friends that enjoyed Tekkit after a nearly 7 year break. Not only was Akliz able to get a server up and running that could support a huge amount of machines and redstone and several players doing god knows what, but they also had many resources available to make the experience as fun as possible.

Anyone who's played tekkit or other similar modpacks know that nuclear meltdowns happen, and when it happened to a friend on the server we were able to reset things to just 6 minutes before the melt down so nobody lost anything. You COULD chalk that experience up to luck but honestly Akliz took the safe route and made sure to have regular server backups of my server just in case something happens, it would not be an exaggeration to say it saved us.

Even though I had not used the server for about 6 months I was so happy with how well everything worked that I kept the server up even if that meant I only popped in once a month to check on the buildings we made and projects we forged.

The only thing that caused me to stop my subscription was lack of money, as money has been hard for a lot of people lately. I sent a quick email to their customer support and within minutes they got back to me letting me know that cancelling was quick and easy and they'd approve me for a refund of my most recent payment.

There's not much more to say other than if I ever need a Minecraft server again I will absolutely be checking out Akliz.

They are always so fast to respond and helpful with any issue especially houston. I always known i’ll have 10/10 experience when they answer
