Needed support setting up my private server and was given all the help I needed in such a concise and efficient manner all within a matter of minutes. The issue was completely resolved I was told that if I needed any more help that they'd be available between set times which was super great!

Servers are good. Customer service is poor. Way too many steps to cancel your server and when I was told that the customer service team had cancelled my subscription I was charged two more times. They only offered to refund one month despite the server activity showing it had never been used for both months. When I complained they stated it costs money to run a server even if it's not used. Not sure how at all this applies to me when I requested cancellation well before the two months of non-use. For that reason, I will not be returning to this service for future server needs.

I love being able to talk to one of the support team members at almost any time of day! They get back to you quickly and make sure to give you all the information you may possibly need! I absolutely recommend this server host over any others for any games and haven't seen service like this with any other website.

Amazing customer support that go above and beyond to help. moving forward i will always use Akliz to host servers.

they were very swift to solve my problems and gave me timely solutions for ones that couldn't be solved instantaneously, they are knowledgeable and very effective at problem solving

Solid support and honestly all around really explanatory with how to use their service! Great experience and Great support. One thing that I just struggled with was the setup, however they came to the rescue with videos helping me setup my first minecraft server!

They are great server hoster. Support is always there for you when you need them. They have fixed anything i needed help with.

Super helpful. Every time a problem has come up, someone from the support team has fixed it in under 30 minutes, explaining what the problem was and how they managed to quickly fix it.

They are nothing but nice, respectful people who obviously enjoy doing what they do. It's a place where I'm happy to keep being a costumer because I know that the service that is provided is nothing more than gold.

If you're wondering if this is worth to buy a server from - I can guarantee that it is! I've never been happier to keep playing on my server without having any problems - them being small or big.
10/10, will keep my servers here.

My experience for years with Akliz has been beyond great. I've used other hosts in the past, but, the support I've received has been wonderful here. They are my favorite mc host

Servers always run top notch, and I have used numerous other game hosting companies in the past. Akliz outperforms them all.

You do not have as much control over things as some others provide though, for example there is no access to your command line, and some plugins have to be installed for you, rather than being able to do it yourself. But with the server performance being as good as it is, this is a trade off I would make any day.

They do not host near as many games as others do though.

But they also let you have multiple servers, where most other's do not.

Support is always extremely fast, and as far as I can tell, knowledgeable about any issue that may arise.

I would recommend Akliz before any other game server hosting company.

They do cost a bit more than others, but all the cheaper ones you most definitely will experience lag so it is money well spent.

I've had servers with all of the minecraft server providers. Akliz is by far the best. Their interface is easy to use, their staff is amazing. I always get thoughtful and smart answers to the questions/issues that I may run into.

I had a problem with my Minecraft server and the staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. They walked me through every step thoroughly and answered any questions I had.

The service is also intuitive and easy to use. There's a myriad of modpacks to choose from and implement onto the server files. Server runs smoothly and all the controls and laid out for you to see. There's several help pages to help you get started and explain all the options in detail.

Overall: Great product and service, the best hosting server I've used to date.

This is an inaccurate review, because these people need 10 out of 5 stars if not 15, this service is unreal. any problem you have they help. I'm not exactly smart with computers, and frequently think, that little fairy s and leprechauns make all this stuff work, but as of late I fully believe that its Akliz service team members. Prices are more then fair for what you get, especially since there's always a team member ready to help. Who, by the way always seem friendly. Get Akliz for all of your server needs. This is not a paid review, I don't think i can swear but i would love to. these people are doing gods work. wish they had a food service and merch and stuff. maybe some day. Rock on little fairy's, get this bread, Akliz bread

They were quick about the response and solution on updating a modpack for a server, they were amazing!
