The things I ordered came really fast and they really are the absolute best!, my skin feels so much smoother and you get such a good amount in your products, one thing that’s really stood out to me so far was the lip balm I got the shea&apricot kernel oil one and it has worked absolute wonders for my lips. Also the net sponge has left my skin feeling so gentle and clean, I really recommend this company lots, will definitely be buying from here again💗!

I have been a customer for over 7 years. I always come back to them even though I try other brands. The quality is always top, quantity good never "stingy" and customer service excellent. I will always be a customer.

The products, packaging and service are impressive. I've been using Akoma's shea butter and other products for a few years now and loooove them!
There was an issue with order delivery and the company resolved it swiftly enough.
I highly recommend Akoma.

I ordered the Akoma essentials including the bar of soap, liquid soap, Shea butter and other bits, and I’m so impressed!! Everything was packaged so neatly and environmentally friendly, the black soap gets make up off soooo easily and makes your face so soft, not to mention the liquid (it is very liquidy by the way aha) soap lathers up so well with the sponge that a little goes a very long way! That, along with the clay mask, Shea butter and lip balm, means I’m sitting here feeling very soft and smooth so will definitely be buying from here again, for the foreseeable future!!xox

I ordered the scented black soaps and shea butter lip balms. Delivery was within a few days and the lip balm made my lips feel so soft and moisturised that I ordered it in every flavour.

Placed an order paid for next day delivery order never arrived and courier kept saying package delayed emailed akoma twice no response had to report to PayPal go get my money back won't buy from them again

I was pleasantly surprised. I love my oils which were individually packaged. I love it when companies use corrugated bottle sleeves. It shows they care. They used a good courier DPD (who have a one hour delivery slot). I mostly order from companies who use this courier. They even added my delivery instructions as requested. They did everything correctly. Keep it up!

Customer service is very bad experience. It’s 2 weeks since I asked help because on the website Italy is not present among the choices for shipping and they keep closing tickets but they do not solve the issue. I feel lost and forgotten.
Maybe they don’t need more customers.

High standards fairtrade products, brilliant mission, outstanding customer service. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I really like the rosemary, thyme and tea tree oils. The organic rose water is also really fragrant and of good quality. Delivery was rapid so no complaints.

We have purchased numerous times from this amazing company they are everything you would want to buy from their products and service are first class their shea butters and creams are amazing as are every other product exceptional speedy delivery always even in these crazy times thank you 🙏

Purchased argan and shea butter soap which is absolutely fabulous on skin with no added nasties. Very afordable pricing on most items which is a huge bonus. Very quick and efficient despatch during these difficult times. I am coming back for more!

Love this company. I found customer service very helpful when I accidentally ordered double of everything that I needed.

I have used Akoma for over 10 years and have always had a fantastic, friendly experience. The quality of their products and the integrity of their business is second to none. I'm happy to see they are building their business and I will remain a loyal customer for the decades to come. Hopefully the direction in which many people are going in producing their own skincare, they will maintain a caring and unique company that promote healthy values and community solidarity.

I’m going to rate this this company 5 stars all the way, The quality of their products is outstanding; love them as do family & friends I’ve gifted.
Despite previous reviews I’ve never had an issue with customer service. My orders have always been delivered promptly & well packaged.
The soaps, creams oils all surpass anything available in the chain stores or local health stores especially in value for money.
Keep it up Akoma! Long may you continue 😁

The last review pretty much summed up my feelings. Akoma lacks good customer service.

I used them a lot a few years ago. I'd often place an order and call up to cancel something. This, unfortunately, didn't go down well with the team and on one specific occasion, one particular lady lost her temper me and told me how rude i was. She told me that the team had a nickname for me whenever i ordered knowing fully well i'd contact them to cancel something. I understand at the time it must've been irritating having that one customer place an order for a number of items then call to cancel but there's a way you deal with it. Anyway, i reiterated the situation to the owner and he put it down to a "miscommunication" - bull crap!

Another instance, i requested a refund which i knew i was entitled. At the time it clearly stated on the website the procedure for requesting a refund but he clearly didn't want to give it to me. It took me having to copy and paste sections of the T&C and even calling him to get a refund.

If there was another company that provided quality hard to find oils, i'd use them.

Received an order and sent an enquiry afterwards, as one of the products wasn't what I expected - no response to my enquiry. Waited 24 hours and sent the same enquiry again - 24 hours and still no response.

Poor customer service - if a company ignores queries regarding a purchase, after multiple attempts, it's definitely one to be avoided.

In this day and age, where internet shopping is big business, lots of companies take pride in their excellent customer service - unfortunately Akoma skincare is not one of them and I doubt I'll ever get a response to my query, therefore I definitely will not be purchasing from them again.

Being a long-term loyal customer, I could notice a difference over time in the consistency of some of their products. To top off my patience, the last bottle of black soap I just bought the other day, as I opened it was so diluted and watered-down that it doesn't even foam properly as usual. This is the worst possible attempt at making more money or sorting out stock shortages internally. So so disappointing of a brand I used to love !! :-(
