Do not use this company. I wish I’d seen these reviews first. Placed order. Never received confirmation. Waited almost 2 weeks. Contacted them and although they took payment, they said they have no record of my order or payment.

I ordered 2 haircare products for nearly £30, after 2 weeks of waiting I have received a empty box via DHL - don't expect to see a refund and now I do not have the products for my holiday.

Do not buy from them, they are not responsible if the parcel is broken
Do not buy from them, irresponsible seller.
Parcel came is not packed as standard. The skin care glasses is broken and they advised me to claim to DHL, and they have not refunded me. First time bought from them, but last time.

Very bad communication and poor performance. I agree they are not trustworthy. My perfume ordered with them was lost on the way by the forwarder and they do not accept the report from the forwarder to claim the money and refund it to me.

Don' Buy Anything!
I bought a perfume from this seller 2 weeks ago. After paying it by PayPal, the seller sent an email and saying that I cancelled the purchase which I didn't. I checked my PayPal account, the purchase looked completed and money transferred to their account. With this excuse they didn't send my perfume and didn't refund my money back. I am still trying to get my money back. They are completely untrustable. Don't buy anything!!!
