Jay and Sue at kirkhams in chadderton go above and beyind their roles they are an assett to their team, i found them both to be genuine realistic and extremely supporting throughout my recent experience with kirkhams, nothing was too much trouble they answered every phone call i made timely and were positive and knowledgeable throughout. I would recommend kirkhams in a heart beat, a massive thank you to Jay and Sue keep doing what your doing you both make a massive positive difference.

Helpful and friendly estate agents who were always happy to help — nothing was ever too much trouble. They were also available on Sundays, which made things much more convenient. Sally listened carefully to our feedback, passed it on to the office, and they acted on it promptly. Great communication and service throughout.

Honestly, I cannot thank the team at Kirkham’s Chadderton enough. Their service was incredible from start to finish. They made the entire rental process completely stress-free and managed everything perfectly.
This is my first rental property, so I was very unsure about the process and how everything worked. Ashleigh and Jay made everything super simple, seamless, and stress-free. Thanks to them, I found the perfect home for me and my son to start our new chapter.
Everything was handled by the whole team with great efficiency and care. I would 1000% recommend this company and their AMAZING team!

Selling our house. Terrible experience. Made to feel they were doing us a favour selling our house. They kept sending emails and letters. They could have sent one letter and or email with all the questions at once. It felt like Ping Pong. We complained and they washed their hands of us. They were so vile and rude. Not going to mention a name. They don't care about their customers.

Website is terrible poor search options no address/ street search available in the end stopped my interest in a specific property

Excellent highly recommended.
We viewed lots of different properties with this office Stuart & Billy are absolute stars .
Great communication from both .
Took us almost 14 months to find our next home after selling up in Uppermill & jumping into rented I viewed over 47 properties in the area & lots with this office .
Eventually found our latest home thanks to Stuart & Billy a property to be honest I wouldn’t have normally viewed at all .
Shown round this property with Billy very professional as with the visits with Stuart to other properties.
If I needed more information they would find out for me & get back to me asap .
Great communication which makes a massive difference when buying & selling as I have experienced quite a few estate agents in my time this is our 5th home & I would not hesitate to use the Uppermill office for our next sale & future purchases.

What can I say, having previously had good experience with this company regarding valuations, I cannot believe how unprofessional and poor they have been with regard to communication and capability.
Ignoring their delay in putting the property on the market initially, the only contact I have had with them in the first two and a half months of it being on the market, was the call I placed after a month to see how it was progressing.
I was told in that call, that December was quite and January was a busier month, if no movement then look to review options.
Not a problem with that. However, a further month and a half down the road, no further communication until I phoned today. Only to be told, that there have been no viewings and no enquiries. I pointed out the lack of communication and was told the market was quiet and we could reduce the price!!!! Again, no issue in reducing the price, we didn't set the price in the first place, Kirkham's did, but why wait two and a half months to suggest it and why wait until I phone again before doing it.
The long and short is they have released me from the contract, although the office manager didn't have the decency to phone me, all done through the office boys email.
Buyer beware, if this is the competency of this company in general, then do not use them, horrendous situation.

Be careful they will not return your deposit at any cost they are money hungry dogs like the rest of the big companies in UK pig eaters!
