Disgusting Service
I have sent these guys 2 emails regarding having received the wrong product, including pictures of the issue and have had absolutely no response. As I've stated in my email I appreciate if they don't stock the right product due to the car being a new model. I will be returning this product to them in expectation of a refund. Hard to believe they send out an email wanting feedback and to be rated when they can't respond to a problem. Perhaps the 1 STAR RATING might produce a response.

Got what I needed at a good price
Send some of the stuff keep the rest for profit
Ordered a major service kit which should of included an air filter 8 spark plugs and a oil filter and brought extra 5 oil filters.
Sent of email the day I revived the goods saying that I’m missing air filters sent photos of packaging and of all the goods in it only too realise I’m missing and oil filter too. Wish I could add the photos as well.

My order was supposed to be cancelled as it was the wrong part however it was still shipped anyway. That would not be so bad except that nobody has responded to my calls or emails for the last week trying to find how to return the item.
Edit: I have now been contacted by a very helpful person who explained the delays and provided great service. Much appreciated

Better communication after purchases
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service I have ever received, I’m still waiting for my order nearly 4 weeks later, have been promised a tracking number , never received it, contacted the store and complained, still nothing, emailed the store 4 times and still nothing !!!!! Have now asked for a refund otherwise I’m calling fair trading, absolutely disgusting Service, I don’t know how this business has lasted.
