I have had the system in my home for a few years. My neighborhood recently experienced some extensive vandalism, so I decided to add cameras to my home. Taking into account all that is going on in the world, I expected to have to patiently wait for service. I was wrong. This company is amazingly responsive! My salesperson Tom passed on my request to installation immediately and I was on the schedule right away.. I requested Kenny, who was the tech that installed my original system. He was at my home within 3 days. I cannot say enough about him. His technical knowledge,professionalism and expertise is beyond. He was right on time and very respectful of my covid precautions. He patiently answered my endless questions and made sure I understood the system before he left.He is a invaluable asset to this company. Thank you Alarm New England!!!

Im a current customer of ANE @245 in the morning I was woken up from the alarm sounding. A short time later the dispatcher called about the alarm. I stated I was in the house and referenced where the alarm came from. They refused to answer me. I had to access the alarm myself. No police ever showed and no call from the alarm company. Terrible service. Do not use.....

Once I began to work with Dorothy Davis, my experience was delightful. At first I was working with a different person whose service was poor, but once I met Dorothy all was well. She is friendly, competent, intelligent, personable and a pleasure to know.

As for the company in general, they've been servicing my alarm and monitoring my home for 35 years. The only glitch occurred this spring of 2019, when contact was not being made with my telephone due to changes made by Comcast. The glitch was not the lack of contact, but that Alarm New England didn't alert me this was happening for several months, so I had no opportunity to address the problem and get it fixed. Once I was notified and working with Dorothy, the problem was fixed quickly.

Friendly well organized work completed in timely manner system explained before departing.

John did an excellent job of adding smoke alarms and another camera to my security system. John was very knowledgeable about the system and he answered all my questions so that I understood the system and how it works. John was very neat working and I was very comfortable having him work in my home. New England alarm u have a very valuable employee John working for u.

Alarm New England, you guys have rocked my world! We started working with your company roughly 15 years ago if I remember correctly since then you have been nothing but rock stars. When an emergency happens you call instantly to make sure we are OK. But that is not where most companies screw up what other companies seem to have issues with is when it’s not an emergency, but rather trying to find out something other related to the system the amount of time it takes for you guys to pick up the phone is usually next to nothing maybe 30 seconds my family owns a commercial management company with all of the different companies I have to call on a normal basis you guys win it’s always A pleasure speaking with any of your staff I have never had an issue not once! That’s a lot coming from me :-)

We have a full alarm system and smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, up until about two years ago we were happy at that point but then the unthinkable happened and our house was broken into. But thankfully you guys Alarm New England was right on top of it and making sure we were aware of what was going on. More recently One of my family members allow their kid access to the house without any supervision and the house got destroyed. We then started looking into security systems with everything that is out there all the different systems it was very difficult to choose what to go with. so than we thought why not try alarm New England. I spoke to Dorothy Davis our account manager FYI she is amazing. She got together all of the pricing even informed me of the service of installation which was included in the price and in the grand scheme of things the whole system being less than $1500 for everything I don’t think I could ask for more. Now for the fun part when it came to the installation of the cameras that was a breeze Thanks to the two excellent service technicians Jonathan and Kenny. Who then told us we should upgrade our Internet. So then we decided to upgrade our Internet which meant of course dealing with the cameras I was dreading having to deal with them but Connie from their technical services walked me through the process and even called me on her day off to make sure everything went smoothly “ I had already finished it up. So I figured I’d take a moment to talk to her “ She has been fantastic especially when deciding what new technologies and home automation services to go with the best she has been fantastic especially when deciding what new technologies and home automation services to go with the best to fit our needs. We are now installing Alarm New England thermostats in the house her recommendation originally we had nest thermostat’s but my understanding from what she told me is the loss of power won’t mean loss of access to thermostats and because the house is a vacation house during the winter when we lose power pretty often we will still have access to the temperature in the house.

If you were looking for an excellent alarm monitoring and home automation company look no further! They make everything easy from start to finish this is the company to stick with. If you’re signing up for new service in Massachusetts ask for Dorothy Davis she will take care of everything. And if you have problems ask for a technician on Connie’s team

P.S. there is not too many companies that you feel like you’re part of the family when speaking to the employees with this company you get the sense that everybody cares for you as if you were a relative of theirs. Their technicians make sure that everything is perfect before they leave they take the time to clean up after them selves I mean detailed clean the call center representative‘s who call you in the middle of the night when somethings going on and if you’re like me you wake up really annoyed and immediately snap at them and they stay calm and still give you the information. If you want A company that really cares about their customers then look no further because you are HOME and Alarm New England has your back!

Great service
Signup was great and super friendly, the price was better than others. The installation technician (takeover) was great and very diligent and spent the time to do things correct (and fix mistakes from prior install by other company) and showed us how everything worked.

Only negative (4 vs 5 stars) is the scheduling department for the service/install was terrible. I had to escalate to get things sorted on that side but, the signup and install were flawless.

set off alarm there responce time was 20 seconds i wished i had them 8 years ago nobody will ever be faster ,if you want the best look up ALARN NEW ENGLAND .

No nonsense about what you’re getting. They sell a system that may seem a bit more expensive off the get go, but once you realize that it’s one of the most modern and expandable systems on the market today, the price is fully justifiable. It’s not even really that expensive, to be honest, but it’s not a $99 down system you get from other companies.

They understood my needs for the alarm right away during my initial phone conversation with them, and did not try to upsell me at all. They gave me what I wanted, installed it in a timely fashion, and had it working very quickly.

What a great experience partnering with ANE. Wish we had switched sooner. Liam Gantrish explained everything we needed to know to make the switch from our previous provider. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had making the switch.
Jon C came to the house to access the system and get us on board. Again we felt we were in great hands. He was friendly and efficient.

Just switched from ADT to Alarm New England and these guys have been professional from the sales process through the installation. Dorothy answered my questions - of which I had many becuase I am so detailed - without judgement or by simply responding wih the "company line." I am fairly certain that if she could get "past" me she can get through most people because I am not easy! So far the Honeywell system seems very good. Denzel who did the installation was calm, methodical and professional.

Thank you alarm New England for saving me and my family from Lexington alarm we had so many problems with them and we wasted so much money every single year with there equipment maintenance and nothing work also every police officer knew our house because the alarm was always acting up now I can go on vacation and enjoy and we don’t have to worry.

These guys had the best prices, top of the line technology/equipment, knowledgeable team and fantastic customer service. The on-site installer was very professional, respected my house + helped keep it perstine/clean, and most important, he knew his technology! These guys where fantastic throughout the process and I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Alarm New England. Extremely helpful, patient and accommodating throughout the entire set-up process. I couldn’t be happier that I chose them for my security system. I will definitely use them for other projects down the road.
