Understanding real-world risks
It's good to find an insurance company that is willing to understand and acknowledge the real-world risks faced by those with pre-existing medical conditions and price the cover accordingly rather than rely on a simplistic tick-box approach which often belies a poor understanding of the risks involved.

Insurance for cancer people
I have been with Insurancewith/ albert& eddie for many years and found them very good for cancer people, the problem is when you phone for a quote cancer people really need to talk to someone with medical knowledge, as the answers are not always straightforward and do not fit with what the computer requires. Which can have an negative bearing on the cost of the policy. It is most unlikely that a cancer person will have any problems on holiday, unlike cardiac people. Regards Ken Wright

At last, travel insurance that suits our needs
Most travel insurance companies charge an arm + leg for seniors covering themselves for every eventuality making the cost prohibitive
We are elderly with health problems but know (99%) that some issues will not give rise to problems when away. The ability for us to “exclude “ certain medical issues = an affordable travel insurance to suit us 😎

Great cover and pricing
Having been through cancer treatment I found getting reasonably priced travel insurance a challenge but Insurancewith were amazing and very thorough in the medical questionnaire making sure everything was covered. Have used previously and will continue to for future trips. Recommended to lots of friends

Very happy with travel insurance policy
Husband has pancreatic cancer and currently under going chemo treatment I found it quite difficult to find travel insurance with a reasonable price so I phoned paying to much for a quote after going through lots of questions about husband current health I was offered travel insurance through Albert& Eddie I took out 2 policies for 2 separate holidays 1 to travel to Egypt for 10 days which was more expensive than the policy I took out to travel to Spain but I was happy with prices
