Appalling customer service, the worst I have seen. Having spent £17k on bathroom fittings from Albion, there were several missing parts and like other posts they have refused to deliver the more expensive item - a missing hand shower - without being paid again. I would not recommend anyone spending (wasting) any money here.

We bought our Albion Trident roll top bath and high level toilet earlier this year. Both items are very attractive and the bathroom is beautiful. However, we have had a couple of issues. The cast iron legs on the bath do not fit. When I rang Albion they referred me to the installation instructions. Our experienced bathroom fitter and my husband spent a good 40 minutes on the floor under the bath with the instructions to no avail. The legs do not fit and we now have an unsightly gap which my husband will try to fill. The other issue is the quality of the toilet pan. The glazing seems to stop just below the level of the water. Some of the glazing above the water level is scratchy - as if there are particles in it. It is not smooth porcelain all over like the other (cheaper) WCs in my house. The design of the pan does not lend itself to successfully getting rid of solid waste. Flushing just doesn't get rid of everything. Embarrasing but true. I think it is form over function and I can't believe that Albion haven't received other complaints about this.

At first I was nervous, having never ordered anything this expensive from overseas. The people at Albion were absolutely top notch to deal with. All my inquiries were answered promptly and courteously. Everything from selection to delivery was as easy as possible, and my Tubby Tub is a delight! I would recommend The Albion Bath Company without reservation to anyone.

I recently took delivery of my Neptune Slipper Bath with the burnished bronze finish. It is everything I expected and looks fabulous in my new bathroom, a real statement piece.
The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent and the advice given while making my order was extremely helpful. The bath arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged for transportation.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Business needs to be more customer-friendly from start to finish and they should deal with retailers if they can't improve.

Amazing knowledge of their ranges, fantastic customer service-efficient, pleasant to deal with, and everything felt effortless and easy.

Compared to other hardware suppliers who are wholesale/ retail/ merchant and give a very poor feeling of knowledge and ownership, I would use Albion over so called ‘cost-saving’ routes which also deliver a poor quality experience.

Smooth transaction throughout. Helpful advice and flexible with delivery to fit in with my bathroom fitter, holding onto bath for 3 weeks after initial delivery date without charge. Delivered on a pallet and guy positioned it where I asked without problem. Only slight irritation was that when I got phone call I was asked 'are you allowed to talk or is your boss looking over your shoulder?' which really isn't necessary in this day and age.

I have had a few issues with my over-the-bath shower and tap combo, and Albion haven't returned any of my queries by email. But they have now called me and resolved all my issues in a very friendly manner.

Very happy with our new nickel brassware from ABC. It arrived quickly and safely via courier as promised. In the interests of transparency, we did encounter a slight issue with one of our taps (cold) on a shower mixer which began to leak soon after install, but our plumber discovered this was due to a broken washer inside and it's been fixed relatively painlessly. Unsure if this was a factory fault or due to plumber error (he says factory!) and guess we will never know... On the whole we love the look and feel of our new taps and shower and everyone who uses the shower/taps comments on what good quality they are.

So pleased with my tubby duo bath, it looks fabulous in our bedroom and feels so decadent soaking in it.

Love my new bath, it looks very elegant and am loving the dark blue colour i chose, all my friends and family have admired the bath, and it does keep the water warm for longer compared to my old bath, so am having long candlelight soaks whilst reading, bliss.

The showroom appeared to have all their products on display and Philip was very attentive and gave great advise. We were given plenty of time to make our choices. Delighted with our choices.

A stunningly beautiful yet practical product which is reflected in the price. I had admired the wee tubby for years and was not disappointed when I finally commissioned one for my new bathroom. There were a lot of add- ons for the final price. This is quite transparent - but it does add up.
My plumbers moaned a bit about the installation but got there in the end.
The height of the finished product with feet is quite surprising and my family joked that I would have trouble getting in and out. It is a stretch, but do- able. And my 70 year old mum can manage too.
All in all it is a fantastic addition to my bathroom, and every night is a bath time treat.
Unfortunately my children feel the same way, so it is a busy bathroom!
When the plug was lost, Albion supplied a replacement in double quick time.

These bathrooms are just top notch , every time I move we have to order another bath , I’m on my 3rd !!! Love love love

Paid for bath early for year end prices and product is good. Delivery process for a £1100 product is appalling - took a day off for the delivery and it turned up on a lorry with one delivery man who expected me to help him off the lorry with the bath. Was promised a grab arm lorry. Had to remove some packaging to get it off. Complained and was not apologised to.

I think the staff at Albion was very helpful, and the bathtub looks great. There were no issues with fitting, or delivery. I'd highly recommend them.

Great products, the best service, most attractive brochure/catalogue & will always try to get my clients to use you.

The products are beautiful and well made.

However - the service really could do with some improving. At time of order you pay a deposit and then you have loads of arbitrary timescales which are really not well communicated (I.e. In small print and separate letters). You don't get reminders before these deadlines and they all affect the timeliness of your delivery.

I get why the information they require affects timescales, however communications and reminders or this are seriously lacking.

In our case we did fail to meet a deadline as we weren't aware of it, and this almost put us to the back of the queue for painting. After lots of calls and complaining we did manage to pull it back and get our goods in time for when our builders needed them (I think their was a cancellation from someone else).
