Total scam! Do not order from them! Ordered an item back in Nov and never received it. Emails were sent without any response.

I made an order end of December. It has been a month and my purchase has not arrived. I have contacted the company multiple times, but no answer to any of my emails or messages on social media.
Do not purchase from them!

I ordered a necklace in November as a Christmas present, it did not arrive by christmas and still has not arrived.
I have emailed the company 5 times, cntacted them through their "contact us" page and reached out through their Instagram page. They have not responded to any of these attempts.

Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared to be stolen from.

I ordered four items from this company 25th November received the items 17th December only one of the items I ordered was in the package everything else in the package was not what I ordered. I have emailed several time with no response. In total is spent £72 on my order which is a lot of money for a single parent. I will be returning everything I received and request a refund. Personally I would never order from them again.

Scam company. Take your money and never send the items.

Do not touch with a bargepole. They promise orders which dont arrive and ignore emails and social media comments. Scam, conpletely and utterly.

I purchased a necklace from this brand that was unfortunately unsuitable. The refund policy states that you must email for return instructions. I have emailed twice and sent a message via the brands website once. I haven’t had any response to any of my messages with instructions to return the item. Steer well clear of this brand, the service is by far the worst I’ve ever received.

Ordered without reading Trustpilot reviews, discovered my mistake and was fully expecting not to get anything when two weeks passed without any word from the company. However, 15 days after placing my order, I got a shipping notification. I held judgement though, still expecting a scam, but amazingly eight days later the pieces came through and to my amazement they're really really rather good on first inspection!

As other reviews testify, you will never get an answer from their email address, nor their social media pages, so if you need to return something then good luck!

It was interesting to note that the packaging came from a jewellery studio in Aberdeen with an entirely different name (CG Studio) compared to the website (Alchemist)

In short, be very, very wary, especially if you're shipping outside of the UK as I'm not even sure the pieces would clear customs. However, the pieces I have look great, so I'm more confused than I am frustrated!

Scam. I ordered something 1 month ago, after 1 week I got an email that my product got shipped. It’s still not here and they didn’t sent me a tracker for the shipping. I contacted the store over 10 times and never got an answer. Don’t buy at this shop it’s totally scam!
