Complete fraud. My husband bought me a Nike sweat suit and it was used. It was terrible. We sent back and they freaking returned it. Then he emailed my husband calling him a dead beat and so unprofessional. Like truly unprofessional. SMH. So I look them up and found this feed and reddit. Omg. Wish we could all sur them. Like this biggest scam ring.

Bought and returned a sweatsuit, it did fit. no problem paying for return shipment. After about week, called to check the status of the return. Just like with another customer the "Richard Cranium" was obnoxious and rude!!!

Did some research on the internet. A lot of their merchandise are knock offs and they have cheated customers out of refunds. Considering putting a press release out to find out what other customers have been cheated and starting a class action suit. The credit card company has been notified, i.e., photos of jacket, communications with vendor, etc.
The New York guy on the phone is condescending and unpleasant.
