Disaster

Flowers were for my mom 88th Birthday.
The order was placed a week go.
I ordered special del. service and spent over 60.00 Euros. Flowers/vase arrived damaged and broken.
Aldi blumen is now reluctant to refund my monies until I prove to them that they del. a damaged product. What kind of service is this?
My mother cut her hand cleaning the mess created my Aldi . I am so sad and very disappointed. And my Mothers 88th Birthday surprise has been ruined. No apology given by ALDI!!! They treated us like we wanted something for free. Instead of replacing the flowers and refunding. What a horrible company they have become. Shame on you Aldi Blumen.
