I ordered an air conditioning unit through Alert electrical, there were delays to my order that were no direct fault of theirs (2019 model awaiting release from Italy), however they owned the issue, kept me informed and got it resolved.
I was impressed with their customer focus and will be using them again in the future

I only found Alert Electrical recently and was impressed with their very wide range of electrical products (more, naturally, than a general building supplier) and good pricing. As I'm not far from their Derby base, it was easy to make an order to be picked up from there a few days later, but I could have opted for home delivery at a very reasonable delivery charge - or free over £100.

It is well subscribing to their regular email newsletter, not just for general news about products, but also for manager's specials. I was able to grab a small extractor fan at almost half their usual (already competitive) price.

All the staff I spoke to have been polite and helpful.

Having read the reviews of Alert Electrical I decided to buy a couple of alarm PIRs. The transaction from selection, payment and delivery through Yodel was seamless. I ordered early evening and they were delivered next morning. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Bad customer service , when I fitted it it now wobbles , they say they will replace it but are not answering my emails

They contact me after this and sent a replacement fan strate away , and they were very polite . I would buy from them again . And they didn't ask me to change my review , this is off my own back I decided to update it . Very well done to them .

I ordered from Alert Electrical because they were by far the cheapest supplier for the fan heater I wanted. I was very impressed with the service - the heater arrived the next day.

A house alarm bell-box that I had bought from alertelectrical developed a fault after several months.
I emailed them, unsure if I should be going to the manufacturer or to them to claim under the warranty(or how). Alertelectrical arranged for the faulty box to be picked up and a replacement to be shipped by next day delivery all at their own cost.
Good service. Just what you want.
