Customer service non-existent.

Customer service non-existent.
On holidays recently our camera could not be viewed online and had to make an international call and were told we would get a call back, alas it never came. On our return contacted them again and same thing, no callback. What does one have to do to get some satisfaction. I cannot stress how disappointed I am with this company. They were keen when we were purchasing the cameras but as regards aftersales service they don't seem to so interested.

Scandalous

Scandalous customer service and an anti vandalism camera at our gate with wire not buried underground. Wire left visible outside our gate at the camera that could be cut. Alex the installer was told by my son that the raising of the piers would not hide the wire. He was asked to drill into the pier on the road and insert the cable through the pillar, invisible. We paid €400 to another company to have this done. An installer should not have left the wire overground as a supposedly PSA certified installer. Extremely ignorant people on the phone. I would not recommend. All I got in return on the phone was abuse that “they were told to leave the wire over the ground”. Now, who would tell an installer to do that? Secondly, as a certified installer, would he or she have listened to something like that? An anti vandalism camera. I have pictures but can’t post them. This is the truth. The Garda have seen the photos and text message comment and I quote the company verbatim “I will copy all of the above comments/communication and also place them on social media above your untrue comments. This will also include your threats“. The were informed to delete our personal data under GDPR Regulation. The Gardai have advised us to go to the solicitor straight away with the photos and text messages.

They also blocked us on Facebook to prevent a review.
