I didn't deal with them until a phone call on the 18th of August, in that call I got what I rang for the info was clear and answered my questions no grey areas at all, cheers , they gave me a loan too which I brought a very nice car i chose carefully as I know in 4 yrs when the loan is done, my car will be worth more then I paid for it as these cars will exceed value if they well looked after

I had a great experience dealing with Black Lab Loans, particularly with William.
What really stood out was the personal service. These days, dealing with banks and online lending can feel like everything is done through computers, automated systems and forms, with no real person to speak to.
With William, it was completely different. I could simply pick up the phone, talk to a real person, ask questions and get things explained clearly. He was approachable, helpful and kept us informed throughout the process.
It was refreshing to receive genuine, old-fashioned personal service while still having everything handled professionally and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend Black Lab Loans and William to anyone looking for a more personal approach to finance.
