This company is not what it appears. My elderly mother-in-law has been left by Alexanders Kitchen (Warrington) with no kitchen for 9 weeks. She, and other family members, have tried to contact the owner Alex many times by phone, email and in person for updates on the estimated delivery times for her kitchen but with limited success. On the very limited number of times that Alex has replied to her emails and calls she has been fobbed off with excuses about broken mobile phones and appliance supply issues. She has paid Alexanders kitchens 98% of the total cost of the kitchen and is concerned that she may never actually receive the full kitchen she has paid for. As a last resort she has engaged a solicitor to communicate with Alex on her behalf in the hope that if he doesn't have the courtesy to communicate with her then perhaps a solicitor will have more success. The whole experience with Alexanders Kitchens has left my mother-in-law emotionally and mentally exhausted and i don't want other people to have to experience the ordeal that she has gone through and is continuing to go through. There are plenty of other kitchen companies to choose from in and around the Warrington and Stockton Heath areas that conduct themselves in a more professional and reliable manner than Alexander Kitchens. Please avoid this company at all costs.
