I have been looking for a precise piece of jewellery with a diamond for several years and I was lucky enough to finally find Alexandre Rosenberg’s products online. The service they provide is immaculate and the craftsmanship is at a high level. To be honest I was sceptical enough to order gemstones online, however based on the initial email from the company I realised that my order is in hands of professionals. Further they answer all your questions via whatsapp swiftly. All gems are GIA certified and a certificate is provided as well. I decided to start with a relatively small order just to try them in terms of quality and timing. The price they offered was surprisingly handsome and on top they upgraded my gem stone (characteristics wise) for free in the end. On top as a matter of practice they offer a 3 month equal instalment payment option in case you would like not to pay the full amount in advance. They send the item as soon as has been produced via secure delivery service - Fedex, however, next time I will probably opt to travel to Luxembourg to pick it up myself as in this case they provide a refund of VAT. He was flexible and generous in the solutions he offered which, I believe, would not have been possible if I had purchased from the high street. I now have a beautiful ring, perfect for me.
