Above and beyond customer service to resolve an issue with 3rd party courier. Couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent quality products with lovely designs.

Alex Clark's artwork is stunning, and every product I've ever bought has been of the highest quality. I try to get Alex Clark cards whenever I can - they bring joy to the sender and receiver both.

I was after a fridge magnet and could not find it anywhere. I emailed to ask just by chance if they had one and Oliver went above and beyond and located one as it had been discontinued. Within in 24 hrs I had my magnet and was over the moon.
The level of service from Oliver was 200% and he is a total credit to the company.

Shame that one bad review from someone who put cushions in a washing machine and wondered why they ran is spoiling the overall score. I ordered something over Easter which I was desperate to have by Thursday, it was posted on Tuesday and arrived Wednesday, fantastic customer service (and great products)

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered 4 mugs yesterday afternoon and they arrived by DPD this morning - amazing! Lovely designs and much cheaper buying direct from here. Very securely packaged and prompt response to a query I had prior to ordering too. Would definitely use again.

I only discovered Alex Clark Art recently, but what a beautiful range of products they are - so unique, creative and high quality. I had been looking for little notecards for ages. I love the different designs and the fact that they all come in such a practical reusable box. I've bought some for myself and some as presents.

Fantastic customer service, had a manufacturing issue with a jigsaw that I received for Christmas. Oliver in customer service sorted the problem really promptly and sent out a replacement item within a couple of days. Will definitely go direct to them for my next jigsaw.

I cannot recommend Alex Clark Art highly enough. If you have seen Alex Clark products in gift shops or elsewhere then you'll know that the designs are charming and gladdening, and that the quality is super. I can further recommend buying direct. I ordered four mugs, which were sent very promptly with brilliant communication. Unfortunately, through the fault of dpd and not Alex Clark, the parcel was misdelivered. After doing my best with dpd, I contacted Alex Clark and the response was superb. A replacement was sent out, with a different courier, and was with me within a day. The products, packing and service was fantastic. The warm, courteous and personal communication is what I am most impressed with. It is easy to buy from 'retail giants' all the time, but this experience has made me think that I will try harder to shop with individual, smaller companies this xmas and beyond. Can I particularly commend Oliver, whose communication was cheerful, kind, prompt and informative. I am super impressed with both products and service and will shop again I'm sure.

I already knew the quality of the cards and was equally pleased with the service I received. The cards arrived promptly but one item was out of stock. Not only had I been refunded for the missing cards but a replacement pack was sent instead.

Bought x5 wildlife picture cushions.
Pheasants / owl / long tailed tits / dog and bees on flowers.
So pleased with them, original, talented, colourful and arrived speedily with excellent packaging. Have been looking for ages for cushions like these and so very pleased with them and the price.

As always Alex gifts are exceptional. I have visited her shop at Corbridge, a beautiful array of gifts within and bought cards and gifts. I like to have a stock of her cards for birthdays etc., as they are so lovely. Just found her online and ordered 2 fantastic rabbit cushions at sale price for my granddaughter, she will love them and topped up with cards. Ordered a couple of days ago, they arrived today well packaged with a lovely card inside I have signed up to her newsletter and look forward to regular updates. This is right up there with the best online shopping experiences I have ever had. I bought some trays for a gift and my mum was delighted with them. Communications were brilliant and postage very fast. On top of that they went the extra mile to compose and include a personalised card which was really appreciated. Delighted

Brilliant service! Christmas cards ordered on Monday, arrived two days later! Really can't do better than that. Great designs, I chose the Border Terrier cards, and good quality. I noticed they were £6.95 on Amazon but just £4.95 direct via the site - and would always prefer to deal direct.

Alex Clark website full off delights her watercolours ,cards so many products ,I ordered several cards and some alphabet tiles all were excellent so pleased ,I really appreciated a little card had been put in the parcel and the message on it was so kind so thank you.
