This is about Alfa Romeo Sweden
I purchased a Stelvio here in Sweden. It's a great car, and I love it, but I would never buy an Alfa again, for the simple reason the customer service is without doubt the worst I have ever encountered. In fact it is so bad it goes beyond anything that might be covered by basic incompetence, and one suspects it is company policy to simply not answer or engage with complaints. How else can you explain that it took them over 2 months to get back to my initial query, despite weekly pestering them over generic phone numbers, emails, and chat boxes? A simple piece of plastic blew off the boot door as I was driving it. I assume it is cheap enough to replace as it has no structural significance. Apparently this is somehow my fault and therefore not covered by their warranty. Also, it the whole process to arrive at this conclusion was immensely painful and slow, and I wasted hours in the process. Such a pity - it's a great car (an engineering feat!) let down by a truly awful company with no idea whatsoever about customer service. Their talented engineers should look elsewhere for jobs. Avoid them like the plague.
