This is a joke, surely. There are so many reviews that shit-can this chair (Product Review Australia)....and this is another one?! I've had to put a cushion on the seat because it is so hard.
Also, I'm very average height, 5'8"/174, and can't fully recline the chair back, as their advertising says, because my head hangs over the back of the chair...like, WTF...plus no headrest... seriously?! Great chair for an 8 year old!
The chair is very well padded....except on the seat, I mean, are you kidding me?! The length of the seat from front to back is too short by 3" at least. The leg rest is short by 5"/125mm. It bites into the back of the calves. They've designed this for the average Asian dude. I feel very sorry for any 6', 210lb Aussie who buys this pretentious piece of crap. The armrests can't be adjusted and slope down too much, that makes them uncomfortable. As to the massage feature, as one poster said, "put your thumb contraption on vibrate, and it would be way better"...I mean, go figure?! So, if you buy this PoS, I feel very sorry for you.
