I have not experienced worse. I have done numerous house purchases this is extraordinary pooooor

they are working for the vendor, for 5 weeks was not responding.
then has responded, to my conveyancer something in line with this: you MUST comply with OUR terms and pay £2000 DIRECTLY to the VENDOR to secure the new build property then I [my royal highness] may respond to your email.

My solicitor is saying he has been rude in his communications and is even refusing to further to communicate.

Just for you to judge the situation, they have FAILED 10 month to sell this property..... and wasted my time and took and are trying to enforce an arbitrary man made clause by WISHES of a developer on me.

why a conveyancer is allowed to be rude to communicate in this manner to his peers???????? after all we are all human, why ???

Absolute joke obviously a bogus company who’s only intention is to take money from people ordered a silver chain well before Christmas paid for express delivery got 2 emails 1 confirmed order other confirmed dispatched but absolutely nothing since then definitely won’t be using them again avoid at all cost they are just coning you out of your money

Sorry not a good review after waiting so while for my necklace nothing has arrived, I've emailed them and afraid to say no response. won't be using them again

bad customer service can't contact them only by email avoid if can as taken my money and no item as yet

Order #111495 (September 7, 2022) NO way to contact them. I recieved tracking information but dpd says no parcel. I emailed them no responce. They litterally leave their customers in the dark. Please dont use them and i wont myself. Its really bad.

Very bad customer service. Was told a day or so on the 24th of june with no tracking or anything. Heard nothing since asked for a refund and still no reply would not recommend

So I haven’t a clue if has been dispatched or not . No phone numbers to speak to them . Drop them an email. Think perhaps I’ve lost my money .
