Similar to other reviews, delivery can take long but with everything occurring in the world right now I think it is to be expected. COVID, lockdowns and brexit are causing delays but it was worth it as they are so comfy. Thank you

Alanya was very helpful, I was worried at the beginning as I couldn’t track the order and it had been over a week but Alanya explained the delay and last week the order turned up, and is exactly what I was looking for

More than happy with my shoe clips - delivery did take a little longer as they are coming from the uk and I know brexit there has caused international delays so worth bearing in mind

Sent multiple emails regarding an order I did not receive. Never received after months. I will not order from Alice Bow again

I love this product. Because it is coming from England, it does take longer to receive - plan ahead. I have ordered several times and will order again. These fraudulent reviews are wrong - it is not a scam!

Scam Crooks- I don't believe this company is legitimate. Why would Vanity Fair Magazine promote them. I placed an order 1 year ago and still nothing. They kept sending me the same email that they would chase down my order and get it out right away. Liar. I even called the company and girl told me the same thing and never sent the order. They should be put out of business for steeling peoples money. who do we report this company to since they are an English Company? The Queen? I give them negative 1 star

Took a little longer than expected to arrive (though most likely that is Royal Mail's fault!) but communication was great and when they arrived they were, as always, fantastic. They genuinely do make your shoes more comfortable!

Placed an order on 10/6. Alice Bow took payment, sent a confirmation email, then...nothing. A month later and they do not reply to emails or social media messaging. This is NOT a trustworthy company; I don't care what Kate Middleton's got in her Jimmy Choo's. DO NOT waste your money. You're pretty much donating to their fraudulence.

August 29 I received email stating there would be delay in order. It is now November 5. I have emailed to ask about purchase and have had no reply.

I ordered the insoles - they never answered to my emails.Order never received.Basically they stole 68 pounds form me. do not take teh chance to roder from them and loose your money

Ordered 3 weeks ago for my upcoming wedding in 3 weeks. No word from anyone about my order. I even sent a message via Instagram and a few hours later, they posted something promoting their item! If they went out of business, they should NOT allow orders to be placed. Terrible.

SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered July 31st - never received. I have emailed several times only to get a message back saying there are postal delays due to Covid. I have ordered loads on line and nothing has taken a month to arrive. Should not be allowed to be on Instagram when clearly a scam

No delays mentioned when I placed my order in May. Still not received it in August. They sent one email and have since stopped replying about a refund.
Also they have deleted multiple comments from people on social media requesting a refund

Sent this email to Alice Bow today after getting a random email about some new sale.

Wow, I can't believe you guys are so bold to come back up out of the gutter ready to scam the world again. And.., during a global pandemic no less.

You got $60+ already from me, but learned my lesson, won't scam me for any more.
I wrote email after email, and then to do a simple search and to find that you had done the same to hundred of other people.

I wrote it all off as a clever scheme, but to see you come back to do it again.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, I PLACED AN ORDER IN JANUARY WAY BEFORE LOCKDOWN, WE ARE KNOW AT END OF JULY, I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR A REFUND, DESPITE CONSTANT EMAILS & MESSAGES LEFT ON THEIR ANSWER MACHINE, NOTHING BUT EMAILS CONTAINING CONSTANT EXCUSES, WE HAVE POSTED, LOST IN POST, WE WILL REFUND YOU, ALL EMPTY PROMISES FROM ALICE BOW, I HAVE LOST A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... THEY ONLY HAVE ONE STAR RATING AS I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST THIS MESSAGE WITHOUT A STAR RATING BUT I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 STARS, ....LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

this company takes the money but no reponse until you ask for a refund .then they say lost in post ,dont think they send in the first place .

Love the products quality is amazing but my last order arrived very late and incomplete. Left several messages directly, via phone, email and msger . Finally after few weeks all arrived. thanks

Bought some Bridal Blue Insoles for a girlfriend’s wedding. She LOVED them! And the little sixpence is a super nice touch.
