Every single time we are connected the…

Every single time we are connected the customer service fails to provide a good or even fair service. It’s terrible!!!!! If you want to purchase a computer especially if it’s Alienware THINK TWICE! because if you have any problems they hang up on you, they are rude, or they transfer you to incorrect areas on purpose. The longest transfer trail I have had as been 7 times back and forth to the same departments because each of them say they cannot handle the problem.

email I sent to dell about my experience. Don't buy an Alienware laptop. The a battery won't even last 1 hour on normal browsing

You guys have done absolutely NOTHING to resolve this issue with this pos computer. It is completely unacceptable the way i have been trreated as a customer of Dell. NOONE has called me even after the technician couldn't fix the problem. I want a refund or i am going to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I have waited patiently for over 3 months to get this issue resolved and my warranty expires in may! I will NEVER purchase another pos dell computer if this problem isn't solved with this laptop. It doesn't even last an hour on a full charge of battery and that is completely unacceptable. I demand to speak to a manager or someone who can help me. I haven't been able to call in because im working 7 days a week on 7 12 hour shifts. I hope to receive an email or phone call from someone who can assist me. I have had nothing but a complete run around about this system. I have done ALL the steps asked. had a service tech come to the house twice to fix the problem and even sent this thing out to Houston Texas to be worked on but noone has been able to fix this problem. PLEASE CALL ME SO WE CAN GET THIS SITUATION TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS SOLD A LEMON FOR ALMOSt 2k

Junk laptop from point of arrival

Junk laptop from point of arrival. I have a ryzen m15 alienware laptop and it's been buggy weird and overall dissapointing since i got it. It has display issues where the monitor will sleep and it pings and dings like a usb is being put in and pulled out every ten seconds. After having to wipe the entire laptop and wasting all my time now the usb doesn't recognize any usb inputs for storage. This has been the worst piece of technology i've purchased. Just a hunk of junk from the start. Realllllly dissapointed with alienware.

I recieved a desktop a couple months…

I recieved a desktop a couple months ago. After a couple of weeks, the computer would reset itself and go to the blue screen. The first of what would be many calls, tech team had had me do different things to troubleshoot. After the first troubleshooting with their tech team, the pc worked a few days then started resetting itself again. Nothing has worked, I’ve spent countless hours with them on phone troubleshooting, even reinstalling windows twice and the pc still doesn’t work. Now they are offering to send me a new one which won’t get here for another month. It’s hard getting through their customer service line which at times is automated and Friday wouldn’t allow me to speak to anybody because I couldn’t get through the automated service. Their customer has too many different people who don’t communicate with one another. The times I have got through, there is usually somebody who isn’t listening to you, just reading off a teleprompter. I got a lemon, I don’t want anything free, I just want to return this piece of junk which has not worked for me but a couple of weeks out of 3 months. I need a pc now. I understand they don’t want to send a technician over, yet they want to send me a new pc a month later. This has been the worst customer experience ever. This product is not cheap, but neither is my time.

Don't buy any of Dell/Alienware product…

Don't buy any of Dell/Alienware product you will end up with less at the cost of more money. Not to mention the amount of problems.

I got a gaming laptop years ago and spend more time fixing problems with then I did gaming. It still has problems and is only good for browsing.

( I gave only 1 star so i can write this review but i wouldn't give any stars if I could) I got my "new" computer, alienware aruara, on feb 17, 2022. I have not been able to use it. I have so many tickets and promises of tech coming to change out my "new" graphics card. All I have been getting is the run around. I have emails from Feb 19, 2022 to today March 4, 2022. Always a delay, never calls me when told I would get a call. Then the dispatch was rude, Dililah Aranda is here name. I have spoken with several tech support and nothing. I have been with dell over 20 yrs and never had to deal with the lies and run around until now. My patience is gone. I will never buy from dell again. Tech support service is a money rachet for nothing. spoke with Naveen Krishman and Sooraj Menon 2/19/22, spoke with Rohit Kumar Magotra and senthil Kumar 2/21/22, spoke with Avipsa Chakraborty and Gopi Gundigi, spoke with M Arbeen Kouser and Deepak D 5 on 2/22/22, (assured monday march 1, 2022 i would get a call a tech will come replace my part. NOPE! All week still nothing but words from everyone I talk to. Asking one more chance one more chance. Chances are over after nearly a month of runaround. Over $1,800 for just the tower and doesn't work. Dells tech is lies and empty promises in hope to run out the 30 days for a return. I am scheduled for a return March 9, 2022 before my 30 days. This is horrible customer service in the " premium support", the support that customers pay for. Maybe if customer support was based in the USA we wouldn't have so many issues. Every computer or laptop came from dell over pass 20 something years and never again; nor will I ever recommend. Tech service is poor. I was promised today 3/4/22 tech would come and replace but another delay. Call support they say part is available for tech to pick up and come replace but nope the tech to come says it wasn't there. Every phone call I have had to make is a paycheck. They don't fix timely (my opinion) so they can make more money overseas with the phone calls. Found some lawsuits against dell for false advertising that I WILL look into. Even got the lawyers name.

Not what they used to be

I've been supporting Alienware for about 10 years now. I got my first Alienware in 2011. It was the huge 17 inch desktop replacement and weighed like 20 pounds. Its still running to this day. The second one lasted 6 years and finally gave in to physical damage. Truly remarkable.

I bought the most recent 15 inch laptop with top of the line components and it had a plethora of problems from the start. After many phone calls and visits from techs I got a replacement sent out. That was working fine until this morning. It just won't turn on. Tech support has been about 50/50 really helpful and really rude so thats a toss up.

When you spend upwards of 3k on a laptop you expect it to at least function normally, if not exceed your expectations. After dealing with super expensive broken laptops for 3 months, I will certainly stop my loyal support for this once great brand. Perhaps Dell is to blame, maybe it's the new components, who can say.

RIP Alienware. You will be missed.

This is a follow up to my previous review.
Dell 3rd party tech came out again today and replaced the Graphics card, cpu and mother board again. The computer turned on but no screen both external and internal. So this was the 4th visit by the Tech with the original issue of the HDMI stopped working. The Tech said this computer needs to be exchanged! I called Dell Tech Support and to my surprise they agreed! So they are sending me out a new one. A few days ago I went and purchased a new MSI laptop to run the Simulator as a backup since I’ve already been down 2 weeks. The quality construction looks etc of the Alienware is so much better!! Really hoping I just had a bum computer and the new one they send out gives us atleast a year or 2 of trouble free use! Thanks again Dell for stepping up and doing the right thing!

M17 R3 nightmare since day 1

I bought an M17 R3. I Received it with internal damages. It’s been close to 6 months now that I’m dealing back and forth with Dell to have it fixed. I spent well over 50 hours of my own time fixing it following Dell’s instructions through phone calls and What’s App conversations. A technician came to my house, couldn’t fix it. I shipped it to one of their repair centers. They shipped it back 2 months later… still not fixed. It’s actually worse now. The distortion I was originally hearing is louder and stronger + the screen is frozen on a white page on a black background…

The computer is totally unusable at this point and it’s brand new. It doesn’t have a single scratch on it. When I call Dell, they hang up the phone on me or transfer me to somebody else constantly and everybody seems more lost than the person before.

This is a $4 000 computer!

I’m giving them 1 week to come up with a solution or I’m suing them.

I’ll gladly remove my review once they take responsibility for their actions.

Avoid at all costs.

I bought a m15 r5 with 32gb ram with optional mechanical keyboard. It's the top spec Ryzen portable machine. Nothing but issues since I've got it. The keyboard regularly failed ls to light up. Blue bars on screen during video. WiFi disappeared completely from the machine so I cannot update anything. Machine runs so hot (cpu and gpu at 100+ deg Celsius) emailed support numerous times, they want me to try and download software updates despite me telling them I have no Internet connection on the machine now. They DO Not care. Noone from support has even said "I'm sorry to hear the machine is operating like this" or anything similar. I feel like I'm being blamed for their broken hardware. It's a massive sum of money to receive this level of inadequate support. They're an absolute farce. Do yourself a favour and buy Asus or predator hardware. I've never regretted a purchase as much as this.

avoid alienware pc at all costs, i bought an alienware m17 r4 (2021) despite having read the negative opinions everywhere on the internet and after having waited more than 2 months for the manufacture and the sending of the pc (something that 'they obviously do not tell you), upon receipt I have blue screen problems, screen flickering, impossible to change the brightness, complete pc crash etc ... for a pc at 3400 euros c 'is inadmissible. Fortunately I am on time to withdraw from my purchase, which I did not hesitate for a second to do. Do not be tempted by the theoretical power of the pc because in practice you will only have problems of all kinds. NEVER buy dell products.

TRASH repair center

My parents bought me a pair of Alienware headphones (the 510h), the wire ended up breaking (couldn’t use the other 2 because of other stuff) and the microphone getting stuck. We sent the headphones in for fixing, they had them for about 2 months and sent them back UNTOUCHED. Nothing has been done and still can’t use the wire or take out the microphone.

Useless Repair Center

I sent in my POS alienware 15r3 and it came back worse than before, which is a MASSIVE surprise considering the thing had it's lithium battery bulging out of it's case on the verge of exploding. Awful thermals and borderline dangerous BIOS settings combined with by far the worst keyboard and screen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, USELESS REPAIR CENTER THAT TAKES WEEKS TO GET APPROVED WITH WARRANTY.

Terrible laptop with terrible support

Terrible laptop with terrible support, I was promised to have my laptop exchanged after third motherboard exchange, and here I am, stuck with a hardly functioning piece of crap, with their support accusing me of lying.

I got the "Premium warranty" to avoid potential headache, but that made me suffer even more as I keep being hopeful of getting a functioning machine.
