I was quite impressed with the Ai. The line of questioning flowed naturally felt more like a conversation. I also think the questions did not deviate from the role which also made the experience engaging/

Unique experience! Zara was very intuitive and personal. It was like interviewing with a live person as her questions followed up my answers like real live interviews.

My first review on 26 March 2026 was simply awesome about the AI experience - nothing else.

Reflecting back on this interview as I always do post interview, I realized that this company is possibly scamming people with these AI interviews to obtain free IP and insert it as part of their product basket. I cannot prove scamming but if feels that way. Why else can you get an immediate AI interview as soon as you upload you CV?

People need to be cautious when seeing adverts from Alignerr.

My advice is just do not click on apply and upload your CV. In hindsight, all my AI interview questions was based on my CV and not the job I applied for.

Zara seemed kind! And it was interesting to have an AI interview! Very Logical.

Not much work after onboarding, there's discrimination in the pay.

The ASIA is only 30% of what others can receive per task

posts a lot of fake jobs, asks you to complete an unpaid task and then removes your account and deactivates it.

The only experience I've had with this company was a job interview by an AI named Zara. I had a great conversation and she asked pertinent questions to my interests and skills. She sounded natural and her tonal gestures were accurate to the discussion.

The very logical sequence of questions is a joy. This is not a surprise, given that the AI is asking questions, but one should not forget that AIs aren't usually trained to do logic. So, very well done.
