Alisabank does not pay interest and has poor customer services

Alisabank offers savings accounts through Raisin, a platform for foreign savings banks that is also active in The Netherlands.
Alisabank did not pay its last quarterly interest (July 2024) to many people. Raisin had been contacted by me and they told me that the reason is unknown. What is really bad however, is that Alisabank does not inform their clients about the reason for the delay. I will withdraw my savings at this bank as soon as my interest is paid.
