ALITRAVEL.COM - NOT A LEGIT COMPANY, STAY AWAY

Booked a flight for 150 EUR on Alitravel.com,, received an email an hour later stating the final price is now 560,04 €. That's quite a difference... something's not right with this service or company. Stay away, book directly with airlines.
I am now waiting for them to refund the 150 EUR they have obviously taken.

not so much opinion for help

not so much opinion for help! please fix it! I cant pay with my netherlands credit card and when i wanted pay by pay pal finaly it put me on tottaly different page so fix it. thanks

Can you send us some more information about your booking? As our domain web that you used (Was the spanish web, www.alitravel.es?) and the flights you tried to book

Furthermore, the re-direction to another page for PayPal is the correct funcionality. In this case the client is re-directed to the secure platform of PayPal to do the payment

Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service.
Needed to change the flight date and they were asking for 300% of the price of the ticket to do this.The reason Im writing the review in cause I drove to the airport next day to speak directly to the flight company witch told me that I could of changed the flight for 50% of the cost of the original flight.
Deception.

We are sorry for the inconvenients, but by restrictions in flights with an antelation of less than 48 hours and with the Alitravel Warranty, we can not access to the company conditions at the airport.
