Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong product and refuse to send a return shipping label. They say shipping labels are only sent at 4pm. Not to mention the agents are so unprofessional. Horrible customer service for a premium product. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, shop elsewhere.

All Clad warranty is meaningless.

All Clad warranty is meaningless.

I purchased a set of HA1 anodized pans in September 2024. Given "All Clad" brand, I assumed these would be of outstanding quality and the included lifetime warranty gave me extra confidence.

Fast forward a few months and two of the pans began to warp (frying and saute). They had never been overheated, never put through the dishwasher and I definitely wouldn't use metal utensils on non-stick.

I returned to All Clad (great!) who, after a couple of weeks, gave a generic copy and paste response that the non-stick had stopped working because the pans had been overheated. I queried the response stating that the reason for return was the warped base, not the non-stick, but I received a further dismissive reply stating that I would not be getting replacement pans.

Firstly, I was annoyed that I received a generic, unrelated response. Secondly, I was appalled that All Clad would not stand by the quality of their product and their warranty (the quality part is arguable as I have recently found out that their stainless steel pans are made in the USA but their HA1 range are made in China). "The customer is always right" does not apply here, apparently. I'm 100% confident that these pans have been cared for sufficiently and have never been overheated. The fact that my other 4 pans from the same range are fine suggests a quality issue with the 2 pans mentioned but this was not even considered/acknowledged by All Clad.

To conclude, I'm appalled by All Clad's so-called customer service and meaningless/generic responses, not to mention their inadequate quality control and product quality.

Warranty on all clad PDF basically indicates nothing covered

Yeah I'm not even goinng to contact this company after reading their warranty pdf. Basically it is not a warrant. They don't even cover warping. I mean come on!. So what is there to cover after reading this list. It's useless claim of a warranty for a product. Costco carries a better warranty when you don't even take put an ext warranty with them. Now don't get me wrong, we have had this all clad cookware set for many years. And I jave gotten my money out of it. But, I just ran into another company claiming commercial grade non stick new style cookware they pitched "lifetime warranty no questions asked". Okay as long as in 5 or 10 years your company is still active or hasn't been sold and portraying by another name. The fine print comes later.

all clad electric skillet

all clad electric skillet, just shy of 2 year warranty, just stopped working. All Clad customer service was totally useless. Told me that the product was older than two years despite the fact that I had the credit card receipt proving the purchase date and retail store from which it was purchased. Bad product and they do not want to take responsibility.

Disgusting phone manners

After applying a discount code when i ordered a pan, the company charged me full price. When I call Cservice, I felt like I was bothering the person. Not a good morning, not a thank you, or sorry. I decided to cancel the order after such a crappy attitude. Just a monotone "yes" and "no", from 2 different people and 2 different phone calls. A shame that a company that charges their product as if it was gold, can't train to treat customers with a bit os sympathy. Glad I cancelled and bought the Made In product instead !!

Buy from Amazon

Terrible customer service. They charge to return pans with obvious defects. If you must possess all clad, buy from Amazon.

AllClad bubbling

I bought a set of nonstick pots and pans three if them discolored in the middle. One even started to bubble throughout the entire surface. My wife and I were worried the nonstick surface will start chipping, which we then would eat harmful chemicals. I informed allclad customer service of the bubbling to which they said we overheat our pans....I just cook food and when it's done I stop how the heck did I overheat supposably lifetime cookware? Then you find out the warranty really is manufacture defects and anything else is exempt from being under their warranty so they can easily deny claims. That just shows they do not have that much confidence in there product. I'd really like to know why cheap TeFal set has more durability then AllClad heavy duty nonstick pans? Does AllClad have a repair service? Why yea they say they do on their website but when I ask they said they do not provide repairs. They only deal with warranties so I am not sure if they repair warranty qualified products or give customers an entirely new one either way it doesn't make sense. I will never trust this company again...overheating is a joke what am I possibly doing to overheat the pan? Ridiculous

Non stick coating peeled-off several pans!

The Non stick coating peeled off multiple items of my very costly set of All-Clad cookware. Three pans from the set have exhibited defective, peeling coating through light-to-normal use and had to be thrown away in the first year and a half of use. I have had much cheaper cookware last significantly longer. Customer Service is substandard; refused to send our replacement pans without the non stick coating. We do t WANT any more non-stick coated pans from All-Clad! Who knows how much of that coating g we have already unwittingly ingested from our defective pans?! They also refused to replace the entire set of cookware, though it is clearly defective since we have had 3 pans peel, to date. Instead, I have to submit a battery of photos as each pan bites the dust. (The first defective pan was not replaced because I threw it away before I took the required photos.) What a hassle. Will never purchase from this company again. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent me a waffle iron with a huge dent in the lid, and I’m still waiting for a replacement. No apology, no addressing the issue at all, not even a tracking number—after asking three times. I will order through Amazon or Williams Sonoma if I ever want an All Clad product again. Don’t even think about it.

Stainless steel multipot - buyer beware

Horrible customer service! I purchased a 6-quart stainless steel multipot in November 2024. It was expensive but All-Clad boasted a lifetime guarantee. I have used it two times to boil water, on medium heat per All-Clad’s instructions, and the pot has become discolored. I contacted the company and they said it is not covered by the warranty. Buyer beware.

Great Pans -- Mediocre Website and Customer Service -- Lid Issues

All Clad cookware is great (5+ stars). I have fry pans which have lasted more than a decade while still looking and working as if they were new (I'm pretty meticulous about cleaning my pans). HOWEVER, I will never order directly through All Clad (SEB USA, Inc.) again (2 stars at best). An order placed 01/10 with return received 01/23 was not refunded until 02/07 and only after I emailed the company about my refund. Also returns are not "FREE". I was charged for return shipping -- losing 12% in the process. The pan I bought on Amazon via Pattern, an authorized All Clad dealer, came overnight with free shipping and free returns -- days vs. the weeks of waiting to conclude the transaction. Be alert when shopping All Clad online. New lines have been added, cookware designs have changed, and newer lids are not always interchangeable with older cookware. Some product photos show the older pan style, descriptions didn't highlight that the rims/lids had changed and wouldn't fit my older pans. This tripped me up, leading to 3 returns. I was charged by SEB USA, Inc, but not Pattern/Amazon. Those returns were free.

Poor Quality Product, Customer Service Even Worse

We ordered an outdoor stainless steel roasting pan and the stainless steel was discolored and spotted top, bottom, and sides. Also, the label on the pan was spotted with what looked like food spatter. We called and e-mailed several times and finally talked to someone who sent us a return mailing label but we would be charged $9.95 for the return, and if the product was deemed not covered by warranty they would deduct another 30%. If you feel you must purchase All-Clad do so at a store so you can see the product for yourself or order from Amazon when returns are accepted easily.

Black Friday sales do not deliver by Christmas!!

Nice pots and pans (I hope). I would have a more informed review save for the fact that they DO NOT deliver Black Friday sales by Christmas - like everybody else. I’m furious and their customer service is deplorable. My opinion- if you like all-clad, buy it in a store. If you want gifts to give your kids and you shop Black Friday sales- shop somewhere else! You’ll thank me for avoiding disappointment.

All-clad.top SCAM WEBSITE using…

Writing this for a scam website using their identity for ill purposes. It's all-clad.top .I don't know how I was so stupid to get scammed by them. I wish all-clad.com would put in effort to take down that scam website and erase them off the net. They ripped me off over $5000. I almost committed suicide because it was the last money I had on me. All-clad.top caused me so much pain and anguish. Woe befalls everyone involved. It will never be well with the identities behind that scam. Them and their children will wail and be full of regrets and sorrows for the rest of their miserable life. So shall it be.

All Clad doesn’t care 😞…

My immersion blender arm broke and they said unless I had a receipt that I would have to pay for another part from an outside vendor. I did so and after 3 weeks of waiting for the part I called the company and they told me that it would be 6-8 weeks for the part to come from France! Ugh 😑. So I have no choice but to pay for another one if I want to make soup or mashed cauliflower!!! ALL CLAD you should make this right!!! Learn from the Phillips Company they have excellent service!!!!

Quality not worth the price. "Lifetime" warranty is worthless.

Several months old 10-inch copper core pan warped despite following all care directions, and now won't stay flat on the stovetop. Expected better quality at this price point.

AUNZ support replied with a generic response that it may be caused by thermal shocks etc (it wasn't!), and therefore isn't covered by their famed "lifetime" warranty. All followup is met with silence.

400 AUD well spent.

Do yourself a favour, buy a higher-quality product that doesn't malfunction if you breathe on it wrong, or a cheaper pan that isn't this costly to replace.

Dishonest Refund Policy

They charge for return labels. This is stated nowhere on their returns page, or during the returns process. It is also not itemized on the returns credit invoice.

This is not the caliber of business practice I expect from this brand, and I have chosen alternatives as a result. I will tell everyone I can about All-Clad's decline in consumer-focused practices.

There is no law stating they have to disclose this as part of the return process. There is also no law stating I have to use or recommend All-Clad products ever again.

Nasty Customer Service Reps and Poor Quality Control

6/15/24 update: I received the toaster and right out of the box it doesn't work. No power at all when plugged in. I don't know how All Clad has a reputation for quality. Now I will have to deal with their nasty customer service department to return it.

6/11/24: These customer service people are terrible and they make it obvious that All-Clad really doesn't want anyone's business. I placed an order for a product 3 days ago and it still hasn't shipped from the warehouse in New Jersey. Evidently UPS doesn't pick up there often. I contacted customer service and they were downright rude telling me that I should have noticed the message on the ordering screen stating that it could take 2 weeks to ship to the midwest. The guy was just downright nasty and there are No excuses for his attitude. I will refuse this item and never order from them again. That includes a whole new set of cookware that I was going to buy for my induction cooktop. All-Clad doesn't deserve a customer.
