Fantastic experience at All Saints

Fantastic experience at All Saints Brighton store looking for a bridesmaid's dress for my sister's wedding. Beccy and Jay were amazingly helpful and kind. I will definitely be buying more of those gorgeous clothes I tried on asap!

Customer service at All Saints - White City

I paid good money for a shirt at All Saints in Westfield White City. About three days later, I decided to wear it for a night out and discovered that a careless or distracted cashier had failed to remove the security tag making it unwearable. Today I had to take an hour out of a very busy day to go back to the store where there was initially more interest in whether I had a receipt followed by just a slight whiff of an apology and absolutely no gesture to acknowledge that they had made a significant customer error and this customer had been inconvenienced as a result. I accept these mistakes can happen but don’t accept retailers who fail to recognise the inconvenience. It comes across as arrogant and as well as exposing quite vividly that they have zero interest in or loyalty to customers. There must be retailers out there who when they screw up, do the right thing. All Saints doesn’t appear to be one of them. I won’t shop there anymore.

I only had positive experience

I had a good experience with purchase, return, refund and overall customer service.

Purchased a jacket with promotional offer, too large so requested a return. The jacket went back to its original price but they agreed to give me discount regardless matching previous price. Posted jacket back .,,. And it got lost in transit . Sent email with receipt and customer service refunded me straight away before they sorted out and received initial jacket . All in all, quick delivery, great quality jacket and approachable customer service, that’s my experience.

Refund policy is a total hoax

Refund policy is a absolute hoax. They hide behind their "policy" but their policy is absolutely subjective. I only opened the bag, looked at the item, realized it was the wrong color. Sent it back. In all the original bags and with tags. REJECTED. I now buy from Vuori. A little more expensive but far more comfortable and they actually accept returns.

High customer service at the new…

High customer service at the new All-Saints store in London Bridge station.
A fantastic shopping experience, assisted by the 2 assistants.
I arrived on the second day of opening and was treated so well by the friendly and informative staff members.
Ll be returning for sure.

no refunds

Bought a leather jacket in this store as a gift which turned out to be unsuitable. I didn’t think to check the returns policy as I would expect such a brand to offer refunds without question within the returns timeframe. This however is not the case and very disappointingly they do not offer a refund.

Great staff in this shop!!!

Took my sons shirt back to Allsaints shop in The Metro Centre Gateshead, we were treat like royalty from walking in to going out, what wonderful pleasant staff this company have, they couldn't do enough for us, such polite welcoming young people!!
