Try this retailer for hard to find bicycle parts
It was the only retailer that had in stock the part I required. Also they are a small independent retailer which stock the parts that are hard to find.
The only downside is the postage costs.

Real people, really good service
There are real people in there that are very knowledgeable about gear, and that are very responsive. They have stuff that's hard to find elsewhere (if you ride Campagnolo, they're the best), and they ship fast to most destinations. Customer care is great. I've bought from them several times and will do so again.
