the underlay was delivered within 3 days to the north of scotalnd and NO readiculous transport costs as most of the other sites do!!! I definitely would recommend this site.

We ordered a roll of underlay at 11pm on the Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. Excellent delivery time!
The price of the underlay was much cheaper than any other supplier that we looked at and the fact that we have ordered a 15m2 roll means that we should have plenty left to use in the next room that we will be decorating in the New Year.
We haven't laid the underlay yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the product here, but the service, speed and price of AAU were great.
I would definitely recommend them.

I was amazed and pleased by the level of service I recently received by 'All About Underlay' we are currently working to a tight schedule. One of our rolls of underlay was inadvertently shipped to Exeter - fault of the courier. David was able to track the item and advise when it would be delivered, he followed the issue through from start to finish, and kept me informed at all times. Problems do occur, how you deal with them is remembered - I can definitely recommend them as a pro-active, friendly and professional company - thank you and well done.

In my case this my underlay order has taken much longer to arrive than it should have. Most deliveries these days take 2/3 days max. I wouldn't mind if it was free delivery but I'm paying for it.
I need to order some more underlay for phase 2 of our works but after this performance unlikely that I will get it from this company. Not very impressed.

I ordered 4 rolls of tredaire red underlay for next day delivery. Unfortunately having waited in all morning it didn't arrive. Delivery was rearranged for Saturday but when I opened up the underlay two of the rolls were very wet.

They did offer to replace the two damaged rolls but I wasn't able to wait around for another day for delivery so have dried out the underlay and hopefully it will be OK!

Maybe I just was unlucky but I wouldn't use them again..

Items arrived quickly exactly as ordered.

I was happy with my purchase of sonic gold underlay for a wooden floor and it arrived when predicted. But then ... disaster as the instructions for my solid oak tongue and groove flooring said that solid (rather than engineered) wood floors should never be floated. I rang AllaboutUnderlay and the owner was very helpful - he even contacted the technical team within Duralay on my behalf to query pros and cons for me. So far so good but I decided to follow the installation instructions and secret nail the floor instead so I contacted AllaboutUnderlay again to arrange for a return. Unfortunately the price for shipping, due primarily to the item's weight, that they (and everyone else I contacted) quoted was so high that I would only have got around 30-40% of my money back. My fault for not studying the instructions in the first place and AllaboutUnderlay were very pleasant throughout but if there's a chance you might want to return the stuff, my advice would be to make alternative arrangements.

The underlay looks great, really makes my flat look like an expensive NY apartment. Happy with the Quality and was easy to fit!

After placing the order I received the now customary confirmation email one does. 4 days later I received a missed delivery notice through the door, which I did not get chance to organize a re-delivery do to extremely busy scheduling in my life with a new house purchased. However it would appear that the delivery driver was kind enough after failing to make delivery to my house to leave the item with a neighbor 5 doors down in my mews. this removed a lot of complications from my life and made the experience all the better.

The reason I believe the delivery took 4 days is due to the company moving to new premises and this caused some delay in the logistics, which they kindly kept me informed of via email.

Only one problem - they did not send an email to advise despatch so it arrived unexpectedly albeit it was the next working day anyhow.

I emailed you then to ask your advice on which I should go for and you replied promptly. As a result I placed my order and confirmation on the quality came from my fitters discussing amongst themselves, I then knew that I had made the right choice.

As you advise on your website, it is more important to select a good underlay, if you want to prolong the life of a carpet.

I received a courtesy phone call the following day of placing my order, just to let me know about your warehouse move, apologising that it would arrive on the Tuesday instead of the Friday, which I was fine about, because of your phone call, keeping me informed.

I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.
