All About Underlay Reviews 

Underlay ordered on a Saturday, with 'next day' delivery expected. We were advised by email that our order would be picked on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. Come late Monday, we got a phone call to say our underlay had been left off the van for the Tuesday deliveries, and we were assured that it would be delivered on Wednesday - which it was. Okay, so it was only a day late, but this meant we had to contact our carpet-fitter and reschedule him.

Underlay fine, though.

I was informed the day after ordering that the item was not in stock however should be in by the end of the week. At the end of the week I was informed that the order still hadn't arrived however would be in early the following week. Advised that if I was not in the item could be left. On the day of the next expected date of delivery I was contacted and advised the delivery company had not arrived the night before and therefore delievery would be a day late. I stated that this was ok as long as it could be left as no one would be in. I was then told that this was not ok and there may be a problem. After some consideration I was told that the delivery could go ahead as long as a note was left and signed stating delivery details.

Very happy with the speed of delivery however as each roll of underlay weighed 44k the delivery man was not so happy and told me that they are only allowed to carry upto 25k. so struggled to transfer the goods. But generally first class!

I could have ordered this product from a host of places but I picked All About Underlay because it was easy to identify and order what I wanted. The product was competitively priced and with quick delivery. They confirmed my order and despatch by email and did exactly what they said they would. I would definitely use this company again and can recommend them. A nice and easy way to do business. If only life was always that easy.

Went online to order underlay the website was easy to get around, prices were reasonable and the delivery was the next day, excellent service.

Fantastic service, the web site was easy to navigate and the goods were delivered when they were supposed to.

I emailed the company with questions relating to underfloor heating, a reply was sent quickly - within a couple of hours. Good advice given, so I placed my order.
The delivery arrived promptly as promised. A box containing the tubes of gripper glue had been torn apart. On closer inspection three tubes were missing from the order, the delivery driver made a note.
I phoned All About Underlay who where very efficient and got replacements out to me which arrived the next day.
A pleasure to deal with such an efficieint company!

I ordered one day, and it was despatched the same day. It arrived the day after via courier. It was top quality underlay at an affordable price, unlike the equivalent at Carpet Right. Can not fault in any way at all. 5* well recommended - keep up the good work :-)

I PLACED A VERY LARGE ORDER DUE TO MY BROTHER'S RECOMMENDATION. WEBSITE RAVES ABOUT PROMPT DELIVERY, USUALLY NEXT DAY. ALSO SAYS THEY WILL CONTACT YOU IF OUT OF STOCK. I RANG THEM ON A MONDAY, THE DAY AFTER ORDERING, TO ASK ABOUT MY ORDER, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY WERE AWAITING STOCK BUT THEY WOULD MAKE SURE I HAD IT BEFORE THE THURSDAY. I RANG AGAIN ON THE WEDNESDAY AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD GET SOME OF IT TO ME BY 1 PM ON THE THURSDAY BUT NOT ALL OF IT. I ENDED UP CANCELLING THE ORDER AND BUYING FROM A LOCAL SUPPLIER WHO COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL.

Not the underlay people fault but I lost time and money because of the delivery people miss-read the urgency of the delivery. It was for 12 clock priority but no one showed up. At the end a manger for the underlay company apologized and offered a free roll on top of my other roll. Even though it was the delivery they used messed up, they still wanted a satisfied customer..
