Do NOT buy your windows from this company their service and aftercare is NON existent. Quality is worse than shoddy. 24k later and they claim all issues and faults are nothing to do with their salespeople or craftsmen, this is despite having to remake 4 windows, supply new glass for some windows and replacement handles, as all handles did not match.
They then totally ignored the points raised by their independent assessor.
I truly cannot express how shocked we are by their actions.

Excellent customer service
I recently contacted Allan Bros regarding an 13 year old window. The part I needed is discontinued but they sent me an alternative (unasked and free of charge). This worked perfectly so I ordered 3 more (just in case) and these were sent promptly at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service.

Problematic
Allan Bros will replace faulty, leaking windows but do not fit them so you are left with the expense of finding a window fitter or joiner to install the windows which is extremely expensive, time consuming and difficult. I would never purchase windows from such a company or buy from any new build company who has chosen to install these windows. Poor show Allan Bros. Customer service is somewhat questionable too.

I installed AB new windows and doors 7-8 ago. Recently discovered that many of them are rotten through (as part of my annual maintenance routine) mainly due to poor weather seals and inferior timber. One section of timber had and entire cavity in it, cheap fast grown softwood.
Yes AB have a guarantee but it is worthless. There is a call out fee and a list as long as your arm of questions basically saying if they were fitted even 1 degree out they are not liable.
